Hotfixes:
Developer comments: The games FPS had no cap, meaning your computer would work as hard as it could to get as high as possible FPS. You can now set the target FPS (60-144 recommended). Turning Vsync on ignores the target FPS but should not ramp up to 300+ like it did before.
- Fixed a bug where the target refresh rate (found in the settings) did not work.
- Consequently fixed a resource issue where the game would draw all resources from the CPU because the FPS limit was uncapped.
