There have been changes on the Red Planet. Ready to roll your tanks out onto the Martian battlefield?
Daily missions are getting even more interesting:
- A new type of daily tasks has been added that requires a victory in 1 match. The total number of tasks is 12+ (+1 task for each tank that is not a base tank). The cost of reward is 100 credits if this is the first completed task of the day, 20 credits if it is repeated;
- Now if you complete all tasks at each difficulty level, the next day tasks of all difficulty levels are added at once (not 1, as before);
- Task "Put any emblem on any tank" moved to the section "Difficult". Reward for completing it was changed to 400 credits for the first task per day and 80 credits for the second task.
This is not the end of the changes. To make the game even more interesting for all players, we have added achievements.
- At the moment, there are 16 initial achievements. All of them are hidden until they are completed. When completing all of the achievements, the player will receive a gift.
Also added to the game penalties for inactivity:
- A player is considered inactive if he does not receive combat experience for 4+2 minutes. A player who is considered inactive does not receive an award for the match.
Do you like to decorate your tanks? Is standing out from the crowd as important to you as winning? Then the following news will make you happy.
- The prices of Wing 1, Wing 2, Wing 3 and Beast Wing emblems have been changed. Prices have been reduced to 1125 Credits/25 Ares from 2250 Credits/50 Ares;
- All emblems sold only for Ares have been raised from 20 to 30 battles;
- Added community text emblems for sale:
● Iron Heart;
● Press "F";
● Unbreakable;
● For Mars!
● I love EXOTANKS.
Minor Changes:
- Added grid of tanks classification by roles in Hangar;
- Added possibility to zoom out the camera in battle (on the mouse wheel);
- Reduced recovery time of tanks after death for "Capture" and "Death Battle" modes. Recovery time = X*7 seconds, where X - tank level;
- Fixed collisions in locations. Potential number of stuck tank locations reduced.
Fixed critical bugs and errors.

Have you already had time to explore all the open locations on Mars?
Then meet "Furrin - the first deposit".
Furrin is a place shrouded in darkness. It holds the history: Ares was found here, the original source of all new age technical achievements and the cause of the first Martian War. Furrin was the place that opened the beginning of the great colonial mission.
Do you like communication? Is coordinating your allies important to you? Then the following changes are for you.
Combat Chat
- Chat for allies (enter) and general (/);
- Gameplay messages are now displayed in chat;
- Option to disable chat and gameplay messages.
Spending time in the game is more interesting by completing daily tasks.
- 11 daily tasks;
- Changed mechanics of auto-replenishment of tasks: after completing a task there is a new one with a smaller reward;
- Mechanic of replacement of tasks after their completion (replacement cost = 1/5 of the cost of the award);
Given the requests of the players, we rebalanced the tanks:
Old Man:
- Increased total HP (from 450 to 500);
- Increased the effect time "Stop" from the ability "Fire in undercarriage" (from 6 to 7);
- Reduced cooldown time of Full Ahead ability (from 60 to 50).
Timeshifter:
- Increased the amount of ammo in a clip (from 12 to 18);
- Decreased reload time of main weapon (from 12 to 10);
- Changed the duration of the "Acceleration" effect from the ability "Contour acceleration" (from 6 to 8), the effect "Damage increased" (from 3 to 4), reload (from 18 to 20);
- Increased the reduction time of the skill "Stopping Time" from the talent "Temporal Connection" (from 2 to 3);
- Changed the talent "Improved Jerk" (now gives 2 ability charges).
Work was done to optimize the game for weak PC.
Completing missions on Mars is more exciting in tactically clever battles. Now your battles in Death match mode will become much more exciting.
- Control points are unavailable for capture for up to 7 minutes. It's time to think through your battle tactics and show who is the true defender of Mars.
For us the opinion of players is important, that's why changes were made to the economy of the game.
- Reduced prices for the first tank (to 400 Ares or 18.000 credits) and increased for the next tanks (to 900 Ares and 40500 credits);
- Changed awards for battles (in credits), daily tasks and referral system;
- Changed awards for level ups: in addition to Ares now give credits (every fifth level - Ares + credits, the rest - only credits);
- Boosters are now available for daily tasks;
- Changed the size of sets of Ares in the store.
We made changes to the advanced settings to ensure a comfortable gaming experience.
- There is an ability to invert mouse X and Y in sensitivity settings.
Also changed the battle UI:
- The tank progression branch within the battle has been moved from the left edge of the screen to the right;
- FPS and Ping moved from lower right edge to upper right edge;
- Now there is a display of current tank's speed (in km/h and miles/h) in UI;
- Changed the mechanics of entering combat. Now everyone who pressed "accept" is allowed into the battle, regardless of those who did not have time.
Fixed a number of bugs and errors.
