Fable Fortune to Close Servers - March 4th
Hello Heroes!
After over two years, spanning 30 seasons with 6 Heroes, we sadly announce that our adventures are coming to an end.
Fable Fortune will be shutting down servers on March 4th 2020.
The in game store is now disabled which means you will no longer be able to purchase card packs. If you have any outstanding card packs in your inventory, you will still be able to open them throughout the remainder of January, February and March until the game closes down.
We’d like to thank everyone who has joined us for the journey and extend our gratitude to the entire Fable Fortune community.

Hey Heroes!
A new month is here, kicking off a new rotation of the Hero League in the Crucible. Get ready for Arena Fever!
Perform well and you'll walk away with a brand new card, the Shadow Drinker! After our more humanoid shadows, this newcomer is doing a convincing and terrifying Balverine impression with a unique ability that will truly vomit forth the night.
AUGUST PVP REWARD: Shadow Drinker - 6g, 4/4, "After you play a unit, transform it into a 4/4 Shadow."
In addition to this, we're excited to announce a 3rd season of the special rule PVP event arenas across August and September. Whilst up to now, we've always kept our rewards neutral, we're turning our sights on the champions themselves.
Specifically, we'll be getting started with the exciting morality transformation cards. The current schedule will be:

INTRODUCING REAVER, A NEW CO-OP BOSS - 8th-15th of JUNE

Up until now, we’ve had staple co-op bosses for most of our 3D environments, but our starting PVP arena, The Crucible, LITERALLY conceived for battles to the death was conspicuously absent from the rotation…
A familiar face for Albion denizens is here to rectify that… In the long awaited follow up to his Millfields death gauntlet antics in Fable 3, Reaver’s putting on a show in the Crucible to die for!
Willing victims and eager Heroes, please orderly queue up and apply in pairs!
NOT EVEN A SCRATCH!
The core of this fight is playing into the performative aspect. Reaver starts out with a monstrous amount of health and any damage large or small will result in him healing a whopping 50 health on his turn!
It may seem insurmountable, but daring challengers are gifted a unique unit - the ‘Budding Champion’! Keeping it alive is key to turning the tide!
This unorthodox Champion may not start out as much, but as the fight goes on, you can earn powerful ‘Feats of Strength’ spells to power the Budding Champion and his allies up to start chipping away at Reaver, making that heal for 50 seem like chump change!
So grab a friend and enjoy this brand new co-op fight - put on a hell of a show and knock the sneer right off of Reaver’s haughty face…

We found some to be more subtle tweaks whilst others were complete game changers!

As we enter June, we’re here with a small update for those seeking their Fable Fortune! Alongside our PVP event schedule and some exciting upcoming events, this update brings the following:
ALBION ALL STARS BUNDLE Up to now, our only bespoke deal other than buying card packs directly was our high value ‘Starter Pack’. Today, we’re excited to introduce a new one available to users who have purchased the ‘Starter Pack’!
Our Albion All Stars bundle will let you take your card collection a step further, containing 30 card packs and a selection of 6 high rarity iconic cards!
Chosen for both their exciting gameplay prospects as well as giving some representation to some familiar but lesser known faces of the Fable franchise, our All Stars Bundle includes:

EXPLOIT ADDRESSED As previously mentioned, some players had reported encountering cheaters in the game, They bypassed summoning sickness, allowing units without Rush to attack on the turn they were played.
We attempted to resolve this initially via banning users, but as users created new accounts, we were aware a more robust solution was required.
Safeguards against the believed method of cheating have been added, with this update. Please remain vigilant and let our customer support know if you encounter users who you believe to be cheating!
ONE PVP SEASON ENDS, THE NEXT BEGINS! We’ve closed out another PVP season, the Grave Dispute of Lichfield is settled! June sees the kick off of the new season in Rosewood - get ready for some Wooden Warfare! Play your cards right and you can earn yourself a crackshot Hobbe Sniper!
New Card:
- Hobbe Sniper - 1g, 1/1, “Big Entrance: Deal 1 damage to a random enemy unit”.
BUGFIXING As per usual, the update comes with a healthy amount of bug fixing and stability.

We’re back again with another special rule PVP event! This one runs from May 24th through to May 28th.
GET RICHER QUICKER
To The Max a month ago gave users maximum gold under normal circumstances from turn 1… But why stop at 10? It still ramps up in Get Richer Quicker, but if matches drag on, you will have gold to burn, and if you’re lucky enough to have Chesty, there will be some interesting late game plays…
Win one round of this expensive event and earn a Rich Auntie to help sort out your gold woes in regular PVP or co-op!

SPECIAL PVP EVENT - 17-21st May

From Humble Beginnings last week to… something a little more spectacular.
This next one from our playtesting is a going to be a little bit hectic, so consider this a magical weather warning from May 17th through to May 21st.
SPELL STORM
Build a deck full of spells and make it rain! Set your magical sights on the prize, as the card draw possibility and number of spells in a single turn are frankly ludicrous.
The event calls for a prize that’s ludicrous and magical in equal measure - so we found the Hobbe Warlock unit nicely fit the bill! Win one Spell Storm game to claim yours whilst the event runs!
