It's with a mix of nostalgia and anticipation that we write this message today. Back in 2019, we launched Fade Out as a VR escape room experience. The game allowed the players to explore eerie environments, solve puzzles, and discover the thrill of unlocking secrets within virtual worlds. It's been an incredible ride, thanks to each and every one of you who joined us on this adventure.
Five years have passed, and technology has advanced in remarkable ways since then. To be honest, our beloved Fade Out hasn't aged as gracefully as we would have liked. As technology evolves, we believe it's our responsibility as video game developers to keep pace and offer the best entertainment experiences possible.
With that in mind, we have made the decision to retire Fade Out on Halloween 2023. We want to ensure that our community continues to have fun in line with the latest advancements in virtual reality. Retiring Fade Out is not a decision we take lightly, but we believe it's the right step to take for the future of VR gaming.
As we bid farewell to Fade Out, we'd like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported us along the way. Your enthusiasm while playing has meant the world to us.
But fear not! Our commitment to creating cutting-edge entertainment experiences remains unwavering. We have exciting new projects in the works, and we can't wait to share them with you. While Fade Out will soon become a cherished memory, it's also a stepping stone toward our game development and publishing future.
