On June 15th, you will be able to take the role of Finley, a young intern who has just started working in the local Hospital in the city of Porcupine. You will build relationships with the citizens of Porcupine, and, of course, experience stories of your patients. But be aware, that some of Finley's adventures will lead him to sensitive territory, dealing with themes like death, illness, mental health and grief. Also, you don't only experience the story of Finley being an intern, but as well discover dark secrets of the city. Are you ready for a 2D side-scrolling adventure?

Devlog: Fall of Porcupine will be Free for 1000 Health Care Workers in 2023
The holiday season is in full swing, and as many of us prepare to nestle down for the next week, we (Assemble and indie studio BUNTSPECHT.GAMES) are thrilled to share some news sure to make you feel as warm and fuzzy as your favorite hot cocoa.
We are happy to announce today that Fall of Porcupine, our recently-announced cozy adventure game that deals with the hardships faced in the healthcare industry, will be available — for free — for 1,000 healthcare professionals when the game launches in 2023. This special offer is limited solely to healthcare professionals using the Steam platform in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
Honoring the announcement, the dev-team has released an all-new devlog video discussing the inspirations and themes behind their first-ever published title.

Today, we (indie publisher Assemble Entertainment) and newly minted German studio BUNTSPECHT.GAMES unveil a true love letter to wholesome indie adventures and the hardships faced by healthcare workers: Fall of Porcupine.
Fall of Porcupine will launch in 2023 on PC via Steam and GOG, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Series X|S, and PlayStation 4|5.
Celebrating the announcement, the publisher released a free prologue on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox, with availability on Nintendo Switch as of August 30, 2022.

This year has been nothing short of amazing for us. As a fledgeling developer, releasing our first game can be scary, but your overwhelmingly positive feedback to the demo warmed our hearts, and we take great pride and motivation from that.
While we are working hard to bring you more from Finley and friends soon, we have decided to make the demo temporarily unavailable, while we incorporate some of your valuable feedback into a future version of “Last Days of Summer”.

In the supplemental LAST DAYS OF SUMMER we guide young Finley through his first weeks at a provincial hospital. He is on fire for his apprenticeship as an internist. But a lot of pressure makes Finley's life difficult and our gameplay challenging.
