As for Fariwalk, we have plans for the future of the series and even an idea how to solve the problem with Prelude, but sadly, we can't announce anything now. We're extremely happy though that people are interested in the game.

50% discount and other news
We have a weekly deal for Fariwalk the Prelude. From 30th July to 6th August you can buy it with 50% discount.

We are aware of the fact that some players experience crashes, and we tried many things to fix it. However, it didn't work well, and now we think that probably it's necessary to rebuild the game from a scratch in order to fix it. We have some ideas on what we can do, and we'll try to arrange something in time for the launch of the next Fariwalk game. As for now, we'll make discounts more often.

If you experience a crash and you consider refunding, we suggest you to refund it right away. It's not likely that you'll be able to fix the problem on your own.

Also, please look forward to our new paid game, Umfend. We hope to launch it on Steam and itch.io in the coming two months!

The Steam Lunar New Year Sale has started, and now you can buy Fariwalk The Prelude with 30% discount.

Discount and news
On the next Steam sale (February 15-19), Fariwalk The Prelude will get a 30% discount (1,39$). We'll try to release a small patch before the sale, but unfortunately, due to technical difficulties, we can't say for sure. Also, Steam still doesn't allow us to add trading cards. Some brief news.

Now we are working on several projects, one of them will be free on Steam. We will make proper announcements later. The release of Fariwalk Episode I is planned on the second half of 2018.

Turkish translation
We added Turkish language into the game! Our deepest thanks to Kaan Akyildiz for providing the translation.

We're aware that some problems with the Prelude are still not solved, and we try to do something with it.

Update 1.6
We finally finished the patch! We’re terribly sorry for it taking so long to fix the game. We hope that it’ll solve the major problems though, especially with crashes.

Changelog:
- New save system (please read below);
- Bug and localization fixes;
- New event in the forest;
- The book quest now has a tutorial dialogue;
- New dialogue lines near the house;
- The brightness option added;
- Control scheme in the main menu;
- Now you can disable camerasway.

Because now the save system is reworked, the old save files will be deleted. Those who already played will have to start anew. We apologise for the trouble.

Steam Trading Cards cannot be added yet because of the Steam control system. Linux and MacOS versions, just like the gamepad support, are planned.

Sorry for the trouble, we finally managed to fix some problems.

Release and plans
So, Fariwalk The Prelude finally released. This is our first paid project, and, unfortunately, not everything went as our humble team consisting of one and a half people had planned. This is an important experience, and we'll work hard to prevent such problems in future.

However, the work on the Prelude is not finished. Our short-term plans are as follows:

- to add trading cards;
- to add the gamepad support;
- to add Linux and Mac versions;
- to fix bugs and translation errors when they're discovered.

Aside from that, we want to release the first tale from our another project, a third-person adventure IH8, in the beginning of 2018.

Fariwalk will return as an episodic game in 2018.
