Pet feature added at 3-2-50, it includes 20 Pets and 30 Combo that can be done by making the perfect team! It was added early to give a small thing to do before reaching Ascension for the first time.
Android & Steam Account linking is now possible, just create an account, and login on the other platform with it, the linking is automatically done, it's in beta so proceed with caution (I recommend to make a backup of your save, join the discord and look at the F.A.Q to have more information on how to do it).
Ascension #1 also have new bonus related to Pet that can be found under information (bottom right blue "i" button).
Spooky cosmetic added (find the code around, be a patreon or just buy in the soul shop), as a small event thing (there will be real event later but for now I'm focusing on content rather than limited time content).

Challenge 9 and 10 have been reworked to make them better and more challenging without being impossible without the perfect build.

Improved the Save & Exit (I'm still unsure why it's having so many issue, as it use the same system as the setting or auto save which never fail).

Fixed:
Soul 'Skull' Item was giving 100% Skulls bonus instead of 25% (yes i'm sorry, that P2W issue has been fixed ... and because I'm a really nice guy, I added a 1.5 multi by default, it should cover the loss).
Reincarnation Infinity Corner 'Upgrade All' was displaying the wrong bonus on the multiplier part of every Upgrade (sorry).
Labour Begone Challenge won't give Skull offline anymore (this was allowing player to set the starting Area in a place where they would instantly die).
Various places in the Talent Tree where the bought path were a bit off, and some typo in the new display of cost.
Offline Materials starting in Area 3-7 weren't given properly, it had a 1 range difference.
A few nodes in the talent tree had the wrong cost or golden line wasn't showing.
Cow Custom Input in the Soul Shop won't show maxed at 1/2.
I did a lot more fixes and small changes, but there was just too much to add to the patch note (and also, I forgot most of them :p)
Little Upcoming Roadmap
Greetings dear Farmers,
I have been working on the new feature and it is making good progress, I will start live testing in a few days and expect a release in about 2-3 weeks, it's placed at 3-2-50 before Ascension so it will also help early players as so far the "slowest" place before Ascension is 3-2 to 4-1, but it will not be completely game changing as I do not want to break the current balance too much.
This new feature is "Pet" (and not the dungeon as the "soon" button says), because while I was preparing the dungeon I wanted to finally go a similar way to WAMI, which led me to find something else instead, and Pet (as it was planned that we add them later) sounded really cool to me.
Pets are not random like gear, but can be unlocked at various points when you reach a milestone. You create a team and can get special bonus combos depending on what Pets you have on a team. There is a loadout so you can save the most important ones you have found
Not only can you equip a team of pets, but you can also send them to a dungeon later. You can think of it like an expedition system (which exists in many games), where you choose a duration and a dungeon, and then get a reward based on various parameters. The rewards also include maps that are part of another feature. So the content will come in 3 parts, each part is a separate feature, but in the end it will be one big one (hopefully I am doing it right :p, but feedback and testing will hopefully make it happen).
So expect Pets > Dungeon > Card, and between Dungeon and Card "maybe" the Ascension Missions, which are different from the Challenge.

New Whack Auto Play! This will allow you to simulate a game of Whack (the number of Auto Plays is based on an Upgrade purchased in the Whack shop and reset daily).
Your best Whack score is now saved per Ascension, and won't go below this threshold before you reach this multiplier again (allowing you to whack with your best actual multiplier).

Hotfix V0.25-2:
Reincarnation Exp has been modified to match how it was before 0.25. There had been a bug that was incorrectly applying reincarnation node modifiers to reincarnation xp as a whole. However, fixing this was a bigger nerf than intended. This has been reversed. Instead, the challenge 8 reward and the reincarnation shop layer 6 perk have been changed to reflect what they were doing before, which is applying an increase to reincarnation xp overall.
German language players can now access Ascension.
Whack Maxed icon is now accurate.
The map should now open properly.
Info about Ascension now unlocks at 4-1-50.

Bug Fixes
Equipment will drop offline again as long as your inventory isn’t full and is properly scrapped if it is below your minimum.
Clicking Dungeon Damage or Residue icons in the talent list will now highlight the correct nodes.
Residue bonus upgrade in the fourth row of the Reincarnation shop will now show change instantly.
Starting a new game will now properly keep talent and input saves.
Next Reincarnation Level should estimate more accurately.

Balance Changes
Reincarnation Bonus curve decreases above level 3000 to account for Ascension Bonus
Residue prices increase slightly faster with new ways to increase residue income.
Equipment bonuses have been slightly changed in Worlds 3, 4, and 5 to allow the 3 new bonuses.
Amount of Calcium required to unlock Fermenting in the Cow Factory has been reduced.
A new toggle will disable double clicking to equip gear.
Mousing over a bag while holding equipment will get a slight delay before it opens the bag.
The Auto-quest soul purchase will now also redeem the daily code.
A new setting to disable the animated lights in Whack A Potato. Fewer distractions!
Class attribute nodes now note that the bonus is applied retroactively to avoid confusion.
Map difficulty selection is maintained while navigating the map menu. Should make a bit smoother when rapidly advancing levels.
The exp bar in the reincarnation menu will display the amount of exp anticipated for your future level, so you know if pushing just a bit longer will gain you another level.
When the equipment menu, clicking on the Farmer will cause him to revive, just like the restart button on the home screen. Farm your gear more efficiently!
Please note that this is a big patch and testing is both time consuming and challenging with low numbers of people. There will ***very likely be changes,*** both boosts and nerfs, to improve balance as we see the results of this major update. Remember, as the player base in an early access game, we all share the load of helping to test and debug along with the developers. Regarding the parts of the update that are still locked, we’ll be working with some of the players to test the challenges and extra ascension levels as they progress, and those will be unlocked for everyone as soon as possible.
