I've just released a patch (v1.2.0.4) which I thought was worth mentioning. The patch works around a rare networking issue which caused major problems such as not being able to play offline, not being able to host multiplayer games, and not being able to see/join some multiplayer games.
And in case you missed it, I also released the v1.2.0.3 patch a couple of weeks ago which fixes a few rare crashes.
For further details, please refer to the changelog.
Thanks once again to the players who've helped me fix these problems by reporting issues, sending logs, and working with me to test fixes. It is greatly appreciated!
If you experience any other issues with Final Days, then please let me know! The best ways of reaching me are on the forums or Discord.
Cheers, Mike

Steam Networking Update (v1.1.1)
This is a minor update which adds support for Steam Networking.
This basically means that hosting online games should now just work for everyone! No additional steps should be required anymore (like configuring routers or running special networking software).
So if you've ever had problems hosting Final Days games before, then it should now just work for you. (If you do still have issues though, then definitely let me know!)
There were also a couple of other small fixes which are detailed in the changelog.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to share them with me. The best ways of reaching me are on the forums, Twitter, or Discord.
Cheers,
Mike
P.S. Just in case you didn't see the announcement on Twitter or Discord, I'm currently running a giveaway in collaboration with Zeepond. We're giving away a Final Days Steam key each week all the way up until mid March! You can find all the details here.

v1.1 Update: Steam Workshop support
The v1.1 update is now out, and it adds Steam Workshop support! So you can now easily download and play community made maps from the Final Days Workshop.
And if you're feeling creative, you can also make your own maps and share them with the community. For more information, check out this guide:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1458908761
Other notable changes in this update include:
To make things a little more forgiving to new players, you can now see behind yourself on Recruit difficulty.
Reduced delay between waves for earlier stages (for wave based modes), and reduced delay between floors in Eradication mode.
Added a single "master" volume control, and moved the other volume controls to a separate screen. Also added a "gunfire volume dampening" option which allows just the gunfire sound volume to be lowered.
For matchmaking and dedicated server games, bots will now respawn after a game is lost (without waiting for a human player to respawn first).
Map name and difficulty is now displayed in the player list, final rankings, and global leaderboards screens.
For the complete list of changes, check out the changelog.
I'd just like to thank DenoPL for helping to test the Steam Workshop support, and also for getting things started by uploading some of his maps there for all of you to enjoy! Much appreciated DenoPL! :D

Steam trading cards are now live!
In case you haven't already noticed, Steam trading cards for Final Days are now live! :D
And while I've got your attention, I am aware that the full release version of Final Days has recently been pirated. However, Iโm not going to condemn piracy of my game as I know some of you canโt afford to buy a legit copy.
But if you do like Final Days, then please at least tell your friends about it! And maybe consider buying it later if you can afford to. Your support helps me continue developing games. Thank you! :)
P.S. Hereโs a few legit Steam keys:
I hope they go to a good home. Have fun! :)
Cheers,
Mike
Final Days full release version launched!
Woo!! Final Days has now left Early Access, and the full release version has officially launched! The original soundtrack by Chris Head is now also available to buy as a DLC! :D
Working solo on Final Days has basically been my life for the past 4 years now. I do hope people enjoy what I've created. Regardless, it has been an amazing journey and I'm proud of what I have achieved! :)
I'd like to thank *EVERYONE* that's helped me with things like playtesting, bug reports, feedback, and advice. You've been a great help! And in particular, special thanks to all my friends and family who've supported me through all of this! I don't think I could've done it without you!
In regards to what the future holds for Final Days, it depends largely on how well received it is. I've pretty much burnt through my savings developing it, so I'll most likely need to take on additional work (which means I will have less time). But I do have some more ideas for Final Days, so I will definitely try my best to get another update out soon!
Also, I am currently working on adding Steam Trading Cards for Final Days. I'm hoping to get the artwork completed for this and approved by Valve in the next week or two.
As always, please feel free to ask me any questions or share your comments with me. The best ways of reaching me are on the forums, Twitter, or Discord.
