The Fire Station – What can you do in your base of operations?
Among all the preparations to release Fire Commander, we thought it’s a great idea to let you know more about your base of operations – the Fire Station. After all, we want you to be well prepared for your roles as commanders of your own firefighting units! So, what can you do there?
The Fire Station is a very important part of every firefighter’s life. It’s a place to train, socialise and rest between missions. It’s the same in the game!
First and foremost, it is a place where you can hire new firefighters and choose the ones whose expertise you’ll need during a particular mission. Before starting a mission, check out the stats and skills of your available firefighters. Remember, deploy the ones best suited for the mission.
When the mission is done, it is time to take care of your firefighters. There are a few rooms available for your people to use, like the gym or the social room. They serve to recover their health and stamina, improve their skills, and so on.
Remember to improve your Fire Station too! Each mission completed will earn you some money. Use it to hire new firefighters, upgrade the rooms to accommodate more units, and unlock new upgrades and skills. The more advanced your Fire Station, the better your chances to get a five-star completion status on your mission!

Today let’s celebrate our everyday superheroes… no, not the Jedi. It is International Firefighters Day!
Courage, determination and compassion – these are the main traits of the unsung heroes of our society. They are true warriors who fight with the elements and save the lives of both people and animals. They go where they’re needed, including warzones and sites of natural catastrophes, facing danger all the way. Let’s take a moment out of our busy lives to appreciate these men and women for all they’ve done (and will continue to do) for us.
