In-Game Phone Time Progression Fixed There was an issue with the in-game phone during Ep 2/3, on the Phone UI time would progress very slowly - this has been fixed, and the time on the Phone UI should correctly sync with the global game time now.
UI Bugs- Fixes issues related to UI scale, cropping, and overlay in-game.
We hope these issues improve the experience of Fire Escape - enjoy! :)

VR Pause Bug has been fixed. Previously keeping VR controllers still while playing Fire Escape would cue the pause menu to trigger - this was an issue with OpenVR sending pause commands to the game, and has now been fixed.
Oculus SDK support upgraded - to fix user issues around Rift/Rift S specific bugs.
Thanks for you patience while we fixed this issue, we hope users who were experiencing this bug are now able to enjoy Fire Escape!
Fire Escape is now available!
Steam friends, we are so excited to announce that FIRE ESCAPE is now available for Steam VR (Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift) and Non-VR (Windows, no headset required)!
Fire Escape is a narrative game inspired by Hitchcock’s anxiety driven storytelling. Set in Crown Heights, Brooklyn - when the night strikes eight o’clock, a suspenseful muder-mystery begins to unfold in real time.
It’s best described as what happens when “Immersive theatre meets game design.” Players have free roam to choose which apartment to spy on, but for every story beat you see, you miss many more. In Fire Escape, the details truly matter. With over five hours of motion capture performances, Fire Escape’s story is told in three replayable episodes of twenty minutes each.
With the tragic impact of Covid-19 on New York City, our home, we are donating 25% of all proceeds from Fire Escape to Covid Relief Funds that will help support, feed, and shelter the very people Fire Escape’s story features, and are at risk of being left behind during these extraordinary times.
