This demo is based on our Alpha 2 version, which means this is a WORK-IN-PROGRESS version of the game because we are currently in the alpha development stage. Please keep in mind that many systems are incomplete and that more content is yet to follow. You can expect around 2-3 hours of gameplay in this demo, depending on your experience with base building games. The demo will be available for a limited time.
This is because our game is part of TactiCon 2024, a Steam digital festival all about strategy games. We are very honoured that Ground of Aces is part of a selection that includes titles like Hearts of Iron IV and Manor Lords.

LIVESTREAM today: Let's play First Strike together!
We're doing a First Strike livestream on Twitch today at 7pm CEST (1pm EDT / 10am PDT) to celebrate the multiplayer release! And you can join to play against us and other First Strike fans! Both PC and mobile players are invited because crossplay is possible in First Strike. This will be our first First Strike stream with a PC set up.

Don't forget to update the main game, the DLC only works with the latest version of First Strike. It's good to have your Steam Cloud settings activated for First Strike, so that your save file stays secured, while the app gets updated.
You will have a new button in the main menu that leads you to the multiplayer mode.

PLEASE NOTE: Keyboard shortcuts are disabled in multiplayer
The keyboard shortcuts are deactivated in the multiplayer on purpose. The multiplayer has crossplay, which means PC players and mobile players play together. The shortcuts would be a big advantage for PC players and make it unfair for mobile players. Disabling shortcuts was a necessary compromise. The PC player base is not big enough to not have crossplay, so we have to mix the players and make it at least fair for everyone.
