I plan to use the Flying Rock mechanic to turn the game into a roug-like game. This version of DS is just a sample of what the gameplay will be, but so far without content. It took a lot of effort to use the developments, since GameMaker forced to rework every aspect and every coding element that I used, so the current version does not have all the enemies that were encountered in FlyingRock Arena. They have yet to be fixed to ensure they don't crash the game. In this version, procedural generation is added (not by filling, but by the structure of the dungeon - so that it is passable and, in principle, works). The scope was created - earlier everything fit on one screen and this required changes. The AI has been slightly modified so that it does not react to the player until he approaches. But the combat AI itself needs serious work. An important change: corrected controls - now you cannot rotate the cursor indefinitely, so it should not run too far out of the sector in front of the character. Therefore, situations where the player accidentally rolls the mouse too quickly should not occur. I hope this change will make the character more controllable, and the controls themselves more convenient and intuitive. Of course, the list of changes looks more impressive than the game itself, but I just plan to do what I and the players find more interesting - the game will remain free, and within the steam - within the framework of the dlc for the main game. This game is for those who are interested in the very mechanics of controlling weapons with the mouse, with the ability to feel as if it was YOU who were striking, and not some set of pixels on the screen doing it for you. For the sake of this idea, everything was started. For the next version, I will prepare a roadmap and decide where to move the project in the next versions. It was a long way to create the game alone, but it was passed. Let the result not be what you want it to be, but you can get pleasure from the game.
I decided to make the game free, because its quality remained at a low level. The content is small, the optimization is bad, but before I released FlyingRock, I made several additions.
In the Arena mode, 12 new levels, in which new enemies appear, including 5 bosses: Devil, Banshee, Archmage, Dragon and Mill.
In the FlyingRock mode 5 new levels.
I also added a retro mode, in which the resolution changes. Perhaps someone will be more pleased to look at the pixels, rather than on a bad picture. The retro-mode has several modes.
Plus, slightly changed the economic system and balanced management and weapons.
