The beta patch from last week has now been moved over to main.
Alongside some much-needed bug fixes and improvements to performance, we have also included a bunch of QoL changes related to game balance. You can check out the full list of features and changes below:

KNOWN ON-GOING ISSUES:
Sometimes the Airship gets stuck and doesn’t respond to steering. If this happens, pick the Engines up and place them again.
If you lost the Friendly Insect, there is currently no way to get it back. At this moment we recommend loading an older save on which you still have the Friendly Insect.
The yellow highlight for new items doesn't disappear for any item in all printers.
After placing an Engine, the “The limit of maximum flight speed reached” voiceline is played. This is an incorrect message.
After placing a Turbine, the “The limit of maximum flight altitude reached” voiceline is played. This is an incorrect message.
Automatic Deck Extractors don’t target the Scrapwing Hatchery if their inventory is full. This will be reworked.

MOST IMPORTANT KNOWN ISSUES
If you lost the Friendly Insect, there is currently no way to get it back. At this moment we recommend loading an older save on which you still have the Friendly Insect.
If you press the button on the Lift right when it reaches the top or bottom and the door starts opening, the Lift will get stuck in the middle and never reach the destination. We recommend reloading the save.
Combat locations can sometimes spawn too close to the mountains which can block the way with invisible walls. For now, this can be fixed by visiting another of the same location.
Ruins can sometimes spawn in locations.
Lulling Grass Cricket spawns in every spot on Garden locations.
Lulling Grass Cricket’s nests are positioned higher than they should and seem to be floating.
Every item printed in the Suit Printer in the Co-op mode results in the “Printing completed” voice-over.
Every item cooked results in the “Printing completed” voice-over.
Sometimes players can’t remove previously placed ship modules (catwalks, railings). We are investigating this issue.

Patch EA.1.7.1 is now live for all Steam Early Access players. Thank you for sending us your bug reports and crash logs over the last week, this has been a huge help and has led to many issues getting resolved. This patch includes some fixes, QoL improvements and some new content! The new content includes one of the highest-requested features over on Feature Upvote, and the return of our festive-themed timed event, Frozen Wishes!
FROZEN WISHES 2024
Our holiday-themed event is back due to popular demand and will see the return of the festive-themed Small Town location, snow/blizzard weather events and the exclusive quest “An Old Request” which will become available after completing the Greenhouse Tower main objectives.
If you didn't get the chance to unlock festive airship decorations when we did this event last year, then now is your chance to unlock last year's goodies as well as a few new ones!
The event will run until January 6th 2025, so you have until then to unlock your quest rewards. After this time, the quest will be removed and Small Town will revert to its original state.

ADDITIONAL NEW FEATURES
Toggle Snapping - One of Feature Upvotes' most highly requested QoL improvements is coming to EA.1.7.1, Toggle Snapping! With this feature players, can place items and decorate their airships with inch-perfect precision on floors and ceilings. Grids can also be adjusted in SETTINGS to measure between 1 and 1/16ths. Walls are still a WIP, and need a little more time.
Tutorial Skip - If a player has played through the tutorial at least once, they can now skip it completely in subsequent playthroughs. If a player chooses to skip, it will place them at the helm, ready to fly, with all resources from the starting area in their inventory ready, and all tutorial quests completed. A major time saver for our more experienced players.
Achievements - You may have seen them appear already, but achievements are now available to earn while playing (YAAAY!) Right now, there are 17 that you can earn, but more will be added later as the game progresses.
In addition to all the new content and fixes going out with EA.1.7.1, we are getting together another hotfix sometime soon. We know that adding co-op has caused a fair amount of bugs, which we absolutely intend to squish. You can see below in our patch notes what has been fixed so far. More details to follow on the next hotfix.

Fixed bug where Paint Tool showed wrong info “Not Enough Resources” for players joining the session.
Fixed bug where players weren’t able to find Wrecked Automatic Deck Extractor on Infected Garden Location when they found and scanned Wrecked Filtering Deck Extractor in the first place
Deck Extractor usage and visual glitches for players joining sessions were fixed.
Fixed a bug where one player could break the extraction of another player by starting and quitting the extraction of the same item.
Fixed bug with Breathnuts not stopping on floor collisions on both combat locations (Wild Habitat and New Nature Territory)
