-Improved the wording on a question about the Great Lakes

Bugs
-Fixed an issue where the "Select a highlighted country" prompt wouldn't disappear on a Dino question

51 New Trivia Questions Added in Patch 1.02
51 new trivia questions have been added to the game. These are general questions that come up between conquering countries. More on the way!

Bugs
-Corrected the "Lightning Score" achievement to list the correct requirement on Steam
-Fixed an issue with "Lightning Score" where it wasn't being awarded in a Flag game

-Added 20 general questions for the Americas
-Added 20 general questions for Europe
-Added 10 general questions for Asia-Pacific
-Added 1 general world question

Forgetful Dictator has been released!
Thank you so much for the support everyone. Here's a little update to address some minor issues and add more dialogue lines. More to come this weekend!

Features:
-You no longer have to complete a continent game before playing the Whole World mode.
-The "Find remaining countries" button has been renamed to "Click to find remaining countries" for clarity

Trivia:
-Improved the clarity of a trivia question about French Guiana.

Dialogue:
-Added 16 lines for the Glorious Leader
-Added 15 lines for the Dino Dictator
-Added 10 lines for the Spymaster
