I've been focusing most of my energy the last few years on my new game, Tall Trails, but popping in here to push a small update to Fossil Corner today & fix some bugs!
Here's what changed:
Fixed a bug where players would accidentally throw their fossils around instead of clicking them
Fixed a crash that could occur when running the game on multiple displays
Added a "Controls" list to the menu to remind people how to take pictures

Big Fall Update coming in October!

Ok! Hype news! The BIG FALL UPDATE is now done with feature development, and is entering beta testing this week! That means the update will be coming in October!
Here's a lil' preview of what the update contains:
- A new fossil type, Crinoids! - A new workspace! - A new app for your computer, the Scrapbook! - Many more items and features, including a record player, a printer, a new level for Fossil Finders, and more!

Hi! I'm still hard at work on the big Fall update, but took a quick detour to fix these bugs. Thanks to everyone who reported!
- Fixed an issue where players who never finished the "Buy a shelf" tutorial never got the ability to stash or recycle items - Fixed a bug where the "Endpoint Found" animation would force you to drop a picked up fossil - Fixed bug where stacks of pedestals glitched out when picked up - Limited the length of copy/paste-able "Genealogy Codes" from crossbred fossils to 1,000 characters. This will make it so super heavily crossbred crossbreeds won't be accurately shareable any more, but unfortunately this is needed! These codes could potentially get enormous, slowing down or crashing the game for some players. Sorry for the inconvenience
