re-worked lighting on picnic level
fixed some spelling errors in the credits menu
changed lable of picnic level in voting screen to say "picnic" instead of "picnic"
changed the end game screen to award 1st, 2nd and 3rd properly, a bug was causing the winners to be awarded in order of when they joined the game, regardless of lap time.

New button on main menu to change levels
Fixed bug where not voting or voting evenly on levels leaves server in a permanent blacked out state.
Added pop-up scoreboard toggled with TAB key
