We are conducting a “Clean Football Campaign” to receive reports regarding delinquent users.

1) Find an ill-mannered user
2) Report the user via E-mail
- Inquiry Type : Report
- URL : Go to Report
- We will review it based on the reports and video evidence. We will suspend the ill-mannered users according to the policy.
- Report must include the character's name, server, and video file.
- Please fill in the information about the ill-mannered user accurately and do not forget to leave the video URL which will be accepted as valid evidence!
- For users who have been proven as hackers in-game, the 30-day non-accessible sanction will be implemented immediately.
-Ill-mannered users, cheaters, trolls, etc. will be suspended according to the operation policy.
