What is a Rising Star? It is a premium character with the same motion, but has limits in some transformation, attributes and ceremonies.
Will be the character cards be remove? If the Draft event is not completed, the distributed card will be remove at the end of the event.
Pick and obtain a Draft Character!
(1) Once the Draft event starts, you can pick a Rising stars character provided during the event and create a Draft Character.
Once you created a character, you will the receive the Distributed Items:
(2) You can make your Rising Star strong through the quest page.
Get more rewards and make your character be the strongest of them all!
(3) Quests will be bound to each account, and the quest rewards can only be received by the created draft character only.
Get your Rising Star chacracter, make it stronger to control and dominate the court!

Event Mechanics:
- Fuel Cell is used to raise Blue and Red Energy gauges.
- Charge count will increase by 1 if you fill in 100% gauge of each energy.
- When each energy has a charge count of 1 or more, you can use 1 charge count for each Blue and Red energy to obtain 1 Arc Atomic reactor's Atomic Energy.
- You can activate Arc Atomic Reactor using Atomic Fuel and Atomic energy, and you can acquire items that appear only in the Arc Atomic Reactor.
Atomic Fuel Price
- Increasing the gauge of all energy and Arc Atomic Reactors increases the Research Record and rewards can be obtained. (Only once per account can be obtained within the event period)
- Each energy increases Research Record by [+1] and Arc Atomic Reactor by [+2]. and the maximum value of the research record is 800.

He's a rising star in the past.
After a traumatic accident, he lost one of his leg.

You get to choose +7 to any additional attributes as a Bonus for obtaining Noah
Noah has 3 passive effects that will really help you to win matches.
1. Training Point: Get 20 training points when obtaining Camila 2. 3on3 Noah is here!: Selected attribute applies [+7] when the character is created 3. A.k.a Persona: Movespeed increases by 6 upon character creation
Noah also has 3 Parts that will give additional attributes to her:

Event Mechanics:
The Event Mechanics is similar to some our previous SPC release.
After flipping certain number of Eternity Cards, it will be converted into a Faded Card that you can use to exchange for essential items that could be a big help for your SPC’s growth!
If you purchase and flip multiple Eternity cards, you can acquire more Mileage (Additional Faded cards). You will receive a 5 bonus Faded cards by flipping 10 Eternity Cards while flipping 50 cards gives you a 40 bonus Faded cards
Note: You cannot use event Gkash in purchasing the Eternity Cards.
Note: If you exchange Faded Cards for the SPC Coupon, There is a 10% chance to obtain the Majesty Character.
Each Eternity Card gives a corresponding in-game rewards.
