Fritz Chess14 Updates,
If you get a notification at the bottom right of the screen saying an update is available for the game and if you would like to update it, it's OK to update. The only thing that's being updated by the online component is GUI14.exe
Does not hurt the program. Not sure what the updates from the developer resolves but your free to download it if it shows up :)
Right now I have build 16 of the app.
Media Files are available for everyone now!
I am happy to annouce that all of you now have our media files for the game (32 and 64 bit) Some of you may have our files already (especially the 64 bit people)
Some of you will see our files under (Documents/My Documents , Chess Base , and then Shop)
For new installations we are placing the files in the Multimedia Files folder under Chess Base in the My Documents / Documents folder.
This will be for all new installs.
As always we are listening to your feedback. If you feel there is something that should be improved please do not hesitiate to post about it on the forums or private message /friend me and tell me about it. My user name is IMALITTLEBEAR.

All 64 bit builds should now have the video files!
I can confirm now that all builds of 64 bit Fritz Chess 14 should have the multi-media files now.
The place to find them is : Documents / ChessBase / Shop / Multimedia.html
Just pick a video file and prepare to learn!
We are also in the process of making 32 bit builds available with these videos . They should be availible sometime soon.
64 Bit ENG version now has the multimedia files!
Community Update regarding Media files
Thank you for continuing to hang in there while we get certain things straightened out. Today you should be seeing the multimedia files which is going to be around 200 mb.

All regions should have Fritz 14 Engine Now (32 Bit / 64 Bit)
Thank you very much for interacting with us in regards to the Fritz 14 Engine being missing. We have resolved the issue and new builds of the games for all regions (32 bit and 64 bit) should now include the missing engine. You will have to remove your old version of the game and redownload the game from Steam in order to get the new build of the game.
As always we are monitoring your feedback. If you see anything else crop up please let us know when you are able to and I will pass this onto the QA team for further evaluation.
Update on 64 Bit Engine
As part of the community feedback we have received - We have updated the ENG region build of Fritz Chess 14 with the Fritz 14 engine for 64 bit machines. We would like you to let us know on the forums for this game if the engine has appeared for you. If it has, please let us know on the pinned post in the games forums and we will update the other builds with the 64 bit engine accordingly. Thank you all for your feedback regarding this application.
