Hi! Another update is out with some more general fixes and tweaks.
Fixed an issue where the BeetleBud was unable to damage a specific boss
Further adjusted the BeetleBud’s attack range
Stopped the BeetleBud from colliding with enemies, which would sometimes result in it pushing enemies directly into the player, among other unwanted interactions
Fixed “Open Map” not being listed in the control remapping menu
Moved an enemy that was too close to a shortcut exit, resulting in players bumping into it and taking damage as soon as they entered a level
Fixed a weird double sprite glitch affecting the Dreamreader
Fixed footstep sounds in a late game city
Fixed an environmental art issue in one Meadow level
1.1.0 Update - Map and House Decorating Improvements!
Hi everyone! We just put out an update with some nice quality of life updates. You can now open your map from outside of the pause menu, as well as slow down the house decoration cursor for more precise decorating!
Here's the full list of changes below:
Game Updates:
Added a map you can access from outside of the pause menu. A control prompt will show in the tutorial area, but if you’ve already passed it, the default input is M on the keyboard or Left Trigger on gamepad
Added control markers to the pause menu map
Added the ability to slow down the cursor while decorating by holding the attack button to allow for more precision
Added control markers to house decorating
Adjusted the default speed of the house decoration cursor
Adjusted some environmental art around a puzzle in Westshore to try and make the solution more clear
Fixes:
Fixed an issue where house decorations would appear to shift positions after leaving your house (In reality they weren’t shifting positions but in fact getting smaller. Game development is fun!)
Fixed the phrasing of one content warning summary
Fixed an animation issue with Lord Lithos during a content warning skip
1.0.5 Update Patch Notes
New bugfix update is out! Lots of small but important fixes this time around.
Fixed an issue in which the BeetleBud’s targeting range was significantly higher than intended, causing it to be able to attack enemies way too far away, sometimes before they were even visible on screen
Fixed BeetleBud targeting the bell in Tennsfall for some reason
Fixed an issue with the Resume button in the pause menu
Fixed an issue with the final boss’s intro animation when skipping dialogue with the content warning system
Fixed an issue in which a certain player effect during the second phase of the final boss would not be removed upon death
Fixed the sound of rain hitting the roof inside Elder Bufo’s house would continue after it had stopped raining
Adjusted the positioning of one bead pot in the Swamp that could cause the beads it drops to be uncollectible when the bead magnetism effect isn’t working (the bead magnetism bug is still be fixed, but this will make that pot from being less annoying until then)
1.0.4 Update Patch Notes
Hi guys! Another small patch has arrived, including a fix to a mysterious dialogue bug that had been plaguing me since launch.
Here's the patch notes:
Fixed a bug in which quitting to the menu and then starting your file again would result in dialogue freezing in specific moments related to Steam achievements
Fixed an error in which the Dreamreader could accidentally give you major story spoilers
Fixed a weird shadow in one Meadow level
1.0.3 Live on Windows (Patch Notes)
Hi! Short but important update today. It's live on Windows and will hopefully be live on Mac soon.
This update simply fixes a problem where players would miss the second phase of the final boss. That's a pretty big issue if you ask me!

Another update for you all! This fixes some more pressing issues. There's a handful of bugs left to fix, another update will likely be coming out later this week.
Fixed a major issue some players would run into involving getting forced out of bounds during the final boss
Hopefully mixed a major issue in which the final boss would disappear and never come back, softlocking the game
Fixed an issue where the BeetleBud interacted with an aspect of the final boss improperly
Fixed the “Save and Quit” option not working after some chapters
Fixed an issue where you could select the BeetleBud while decorating your house which would result in locking the game
Fixed being able to go back to a certain endgame location after beating the game
Fixed map marker issues outside the Tomb of the Prophets
Fixed a collision issue outside of Elder Bufo’s house
Fixed an issue where a couple interaction prompts would display the wrong text
1.0.1 Update Patch Notes
Hey everyone!
Thank you so much for all the love you've shown Frogsong in the first day! It seems a few bugs have been encountered, so we're hard at work tracking them all down. We just put out a patch that fixes some of the more pressing issues!
Fixed an issue where certain Steam achievements were not unlocking properly
Fixed skitterbud plush not being added to chest
Fixed the game locking while reading one of the books in the library
Fixed a broken camera animation during the final boss
Fixed a dialogue typo
Fixed a broken dialogue portrait
Fixed a certain checkpoint that would leave the player out of bounds when respawning
Another update fixing a few more bugs should be out later this week.
