Return to the unforgiving Frostlands and experience a glimpse of our ambitious sequel in which, among the need to survive, you'll face a new and deadly threat: human nature and its insatiable thirst for power. The Beta features a part of the sandbox mode called the Utopia Builder Preview.
You can play the Beta in English and Simplified Chinese only. All the other languages listed on the store page will be available upon the game's full release.

It's finally time for The Frostpunk 2 Official Gameplay Trailer!
Discover a city-survival game set 30 years after an apocalyptic blizzard ravaged Earth, transforming our world into a harsh, icy wasteland. In Frostpunk 2, you must face a new deadly threat that appears on the horizon – human nature and its unsatiated thirst for power.
Frostpunk 2 will launch on PC in the first half of 2024 and will be available day one with PC Game Pass and later with Xbox Game Pass upon release on Xbox Series X|S. The game is also coming to PlayStation 5.

Frostpunk 2 | The City Must Not Fall Trailer
Hello Citizens, Thirty years have passed since the vicious storm that concluded the first chapter of humankind's survival story in Frostpunk. The City, settled around the Generator and its life-giving warmth, grew and progressed as the years ticked on. Years of whiteouts have changed the world, giving it a clean slate with which to write a new post-apocalyptic part of its story. Despite the noose of oppression again starting to tighten on a society that is struggling for life-preserving supplies—and increasingly bothered by inner squabbles after recent events—the world is once again facing an era of possibly prolific expansion.
Most notably, however, people changed. And once they feel like they’ve tamed the frost, and the bonding survival instinct has faded, their human nature will come into play, driven by ambition that could spiral The City into the fall.
