Hello dear friends and supporters. Fursan al-Aqsa, the most BASED indie game of all times is at RISK of being banned, and I am sure that after this last update, Operation al-Aqsa Flood, this risk is even greater!!!
Recently I received an email from Valve Staff informing that my game was blocked in UK due a request from official authorities. What it means is that Steam needs to obey the laws of each country, and whenever there is an official request from any country, Valve will block access to my game there on Steam.
Until now my game is blocked in Germany, Australia and UK. But the reason of this ban of my game in the UK is different from Germany and Australia (which was just because the lack of an Official Age Rating Request, and me not willing to pay them for getting this Age Rating and having a great risk of my game not getting approval at all and just wasting this money). The ban in UK is indeed because of my game's political statement on the Palestine x Israel conflict. The request to block my game in UK came from the Counter Terrorism Internet Referral Unit (CTIRU). So this is clear that UK authorities consider my game as "terrorist" propaganda.
What that means? It means that at any time, any other authority from any country may consider Fursan al-Aqsa as "terrorist" propaganda and request from Steam do apply a region block. So, could USA be the next country to ban Fursan al-Aqsa? Yes, it can happen! And if such thing happens, there will be nothing to do about it, unfortunately.
And what to do now? My sincere counseilling for those who have my game on their whishlist, is to buy Fursan al-Aqsa as soon as possible, because, even if my game gets banned from Steam, it will be still available on your Steam library.
Last, but not least, about the update itself, Operation al-Aqsa Flood, allows you to relive the iconic day on which the brave Palestinian Resistance humiliated Israeli Military Forces.
I will not reveal too much about this mission, I prefer to let you discover by yourself.

Hello friends!
It has been a long time since my last article here, because I have been too much busy with personal life stuff, my job, but even then, I have been working, slowly, "behind the scenes", in Fursan al-Aqsa Remake, and I plan to release very soon, a new update, a brand new mission, as you can see in the images sections here.
This new mission will introduce a new gameplay mechanic alongside a new weapon, new objectives, new steam achievements, new enemy classes and much more!
Solo game development takes time, and I would love to be able to dedicate more of my time to this project, but unfortunately, this is not possible, so I can only work in my free time (whenever I get some).
Anyway, I am very happy and thankful to Allah (God) and to you, players of my game, because Fursan al-Aqsa is still alive and "kicking ass" on Steam, even after almost 3 years of release, unlike many big AAA games which simply flop after some months of release.
Yes, Fursan al-Aqsa never had a big peak of concurrent players on Steam, but I am happy because every month, thousands of new players by and play my game, there is always a new Youtube Gameplay Video of Fursan al-Aqsa by some player, there is always a new positive review on Steam (by the way this game is now 10 out of 10 on Steam, something big AAA games dream to reach).
And as another great achievement for my game, it is now competing in the DevGAMM Awards 2024, and I am very hopeful it can be among the winners, like it won recently the Best Hardcore Game Award in the Game Connection America Event. But for this, I need your help!

Here follows a list of changes for this new update:
* Added rebind keys support for movement (WASD), especially usefull for AZERTY keyboards;
* Added rebind key for Camera View Change, useful to solve problem some players had whenever using TAB as the camera change key;
* Added full Gamepad Support with rebind keys options (except for movement and camera, which are hardcoded to left and right thumbsticks);
* Even though Gamepad is Supported, you will still need to use the mouse for navigating through some menus (Mission Selection Screen, Skins Selection, Options);
* There is a bug on which sometimes even though your key rebind configurations were saved/loaded correctly but on the options menu (in the game's main menu) it is not updated correctly. To avoid this, always rebind/check your keys settings on the settings menus from inside the pause menu (not on the options menu from the main menu);
* Fixed some menus elements which were out of place on ultra wide monitors; * Added a Bullet Time Reset Counter for helping players with the Ranking System and some Achievements; * Added a Target Locking System, a.k.a Red Triangle of Death LOL; * Added new weapon Sniper Rifle; * Added new weapon Missile Launcher Tower; * Removed Diapers Update (it will come back later on as an optional mode LOL); * Added new mission: Nablus The Lion's Den; * Added 5 new Steam Achievements; * Added full Steam Community Items: Trading Cards, Badges, Emoticons, Profile Backgrounds and Animated Stickers;
* Added the original demos for preservation purposes. They are not polished enough, have many bugs, but you can see at least the evolution of Fursan al-Aqsa Classic. However, due some copyrights issues, I did not add these builds on Steam, but you can download them freely from IndieDB:

I can't believe!
My indiegame Fursan al-Aqsa, proudly powered by Unreal Engine, received the Award of Best Hardcore Game on the Game Connection America Awards!
This is a realization of a long life dream of mine, and today I feel like "Mission Accomplished"!
It is an amazing feeling to have this recognition for a game, a dream of a whole life for me, a work which I spent sleepless nights working on it, a game which I have been working since 2009.
Despite all the political "controversy" around my game, but, on it's core, Fursan al-Aqsa stands on its own as a game that brings a brand new perspective in videogames, a perspective never portrayed before in shooter games. And this new and fresh perspective pleased too many gamers on Steam, who were bored with the traditional USA Super Hero killing Arabistan Terrorists.
My closing words are that video games are indeed a form of art which can be used to tell histories, and as so, art must never be censored, rather, everyone has rights to show their own perspectives...

Politics aside, this game is very fun to play, since it has some memorable and over the top action moments which will trully make you feel immersed in the gameplay experience, alongside with its unique Soundtrack, Classical Palestinian Resistance Songs which help to create the mood for this game. And if you check Fursan al-Aqsa Remake last update (Ultra Realistic Mode), you will have too many laughs 😂
I added diapers for the IDF soldiers and fart sounds, just like they do in real life 😂
I plan to make this a season update, and remove it on the next update, Nablus Mission, unless you want to keep this. The decision is up to you!

Fursan al-Aqsa Remake Ultra Realistic Mode - RTX On - Fix Mission Selection Menu
Summary: I have updated the game's HUDs to fix the error in Ultra Wide Resolutions, but my a mistake the Mission Selection Menu Screen was messed up (thumbnails for missions were repeated).
