Geneticognito
Possible Content Update, and 2nd Anniversary
I have considered updating Geneticognito with some new stuff for a while. Which would mean a (free) update that generally improves the game, and possibly adds a few things.
Mainly, I've thought about upgrading the visuals, some of the music, physics, and dialogue. Just making it overall... Better.
Although I won't guarantee this, or promise any release date. All I can say is that I would like to do it, and it will hopefully come around eventually. I'm fairly busy with other projects, so if anything I'll slowly get through it when I'm not too busy.
Anyways, for a different (but related) subject... Geneticognito turned 2 years old last month. It feels like it's been barely a year, so time really flies.
Fortunately, I got the impression that most people who played Geneticognito also enjoyed the experience, which is awesome to me. It's a tiny game, and it's no masterpiece, but I like to think I made something enjoyable.
So, let me know if you're interested in this free update idea. If people want it, I just have more reasons to do it faster!
And for those of you who enjoyed Geneticognito, that "sequel" I've talked about is still coming, so you might have that to look forward to as well.

Toadie's Adventure released!
Just here to let you know that my next game is out. It's a small free game, called Toadie's Adventure. As usual, the game is set in the same multiverse as all my other ones, but don't expect any Geneticognito nods in this particular one...

Geneticognito v1.02 released!
Here's a new update for Geneticognito. Changelog below.
Changelog:
-Fixed bug where the volume settings where automatically set to 0 when first launching the game... Hopefully. Let me know if this bug persists.
-Made several enemy projectiles more noticable, particularily in a few of the boss fights.
-Made some SFX pitch difference more noticable in the final boss fight, since the player relies on it for some attacks.
-Reduced a few more lights. Might help performance a bit.
-Player projectiles now travel a bit further off-screen before disappearing.
-Made some of the secrets in the game a little bit more "suspicious".
