Our team has made significant improvements to the core elements of the game and is ready to present a new demo version. The list provided below will introduce you to the coolest changes that will make your adventure even more fun and thrilling.
The game's main menu has become even more beautiful, convenient, and intuitive. Now, even in low-gravity conditions, you can easily and quickly find the item you need.
An interface has been added for the portable assistant P.E.S. (OS). It provides instant access to inventory, task list, message list, and the space station mini-map. We wanted to add the ability to listen to music and watch TV shows, but thought that you might get distracted and lost.
Significant improvements have been made to the sound design. The sounds of locations, various types of weapons, and equipment have become more realistic for total immersion. We are sure that the updated enemy shrieks and character voices will not leave anyone indifferent.
Speaking of characters, get ready to meet VOLGA - a bold and mischievous artificial intelligence of the space station that… ahem… will introduce you to the first dangerous boss - the loader robot KAMA.
For those who love to search for secret rooms, there's a pleasant surprise - a fog of war that disappears with a mystical sound as you enter the room. But be careful, as the fog may hide not only rewards but dangers too.
Another interesting addition is the developers' room. This is a bonus location where you can go through a real training simulation, test different types of weapons and equipment for passing laboratory tests. Try to collect all the hidden crystals.
Please read the new messages carefully. You will encounter them in the most unexpected places. They will gradually reveal the mystery of what's happening on the station and introduce you to the game world.
We must also mention that LAIK is now more emotional. He will be joyful, angry, and even scared, depending on the events around him. Don't scold him if he acts smart during training - it's just his character. In reality, he's cute and you'll befriend him.
Chongus will reappear in the game and Monkat will flash by several times. You ask who they are? We won't answer, will just smile mysteriously, and suggest you play to find the answers to all your questions yourself.
The bug clean-up is ongoing. The old bugs have been squashed and, to our knowledge, no new ones have snuck in.
Rejoice, controller users! The game is now more convenient for you, with control tips matched to your controller buttons. Now, both handheld and console play are a breeze.

Genopanic: Same game, new title, more space adventures!
Greetings, Galactic Adventurers!
We have some big news for you! Our favorite game "Space Station" has undergone a minor name change and will now be known as "Genopanic"! Don't worry, it's not an alien abduction or memory wipe. Your favorite abandoned space station, genetic experiments and funny creatures are still here and waiting for new exciting adventures!
Admittedly, the name "Space Station" caused some space confusion, as it turned out to be a bit close to another game in the vast universe of games. But don't bright stars cross paths sometimes, too? So, we decided to go where no game has gone yet, with our new title "Genopanic".
In Genopanicyou'll continue to explore a mysterious abandoned space station, uncovering the secrets of the genetic experiments that created these funny (and sometimes not so friendly) creatures. And, of course, you can still upgrade your space suit, because who doesn't want to be the most stylish astronaut in the galaxy?
So get your space helmets on, friends! It's time to embark on new interstellar continuations with Genopanic! Stay tuned for updates, and as always, have a great game, space cadets! Your Genopanic development team

Main menu, settings menu and control menu have been added. Now you can choose the necessary settings for comfortable game.
Expanded support for gamepads. The game is equally convenient to play both with the keyboard and with the gamepad.

Hello, Explorers!
The Space Station development team is in touch. In the last few weeks we have improved some of the existing animations and added some new ones. Let's take a closer look at the main changes. In one of the previous posts we have already demonstrated the animation of jumping and running in the game. As you can see we have made it smoother and more enjoyable.
In addition the dash animation has been improved. This ability will allow the player to jump long distances and jump over dangerous traps.
We also finished work on the animation of interaction with objects. The player will have to solve interesting puzzles and use some items to advance to the next level.
As a bonus we’d like to show the first secret experiments with a gravity gun. Soon we will tell you more about other types of weapons in the game.

Hello, Explorers! How's it going?
The Space Station development team is in touch. Yes, there is no news from us for a long time, but it doesn't mean we spend the summer on the beach with a cocktail. During the last month our game became much better and we are thrilled to tell you about the most interesting changes. Let's take a closer look at the new content!
As you can see we've added new character animations in order to improve the game dynamics.
Dash is a new ability that allows you to jump over long distances. It’s the first such useful ability, but not the last one.
At the same time, we are working on the new locations - 150 rooms are ready with a million more well on the way!
Our artists keep inventing new enemies and experimenting with skins and suits. They are amazing, aren’t they?

Hello, everyone!
The Space station team is here. This is the first dev diary in which we'll tell you about the progress on the development of the game. Let’s start from a little background.
The game began to be developed in September 2021 in free time by two people - a programmer and an artist. Here is the first mock-up of the game. As you can see, the original design is a bit different from what the game is now.
A prototype with player actions and simple locations was ready in 2 weeks, and a month later we made a small tech demo. For the moment, the development has been going on for about 9 months and our team has grown to 6 people. We have added a lot of new mechanics and cutscenes, and we’ll add more extremely soon.
Finally, the page on Steam has been launched. We continue working on the game, collect the wish lists and tell you about the news.
Also, we’ll be happy to see you on our Discord server where you will be able to talk to developers and other players, tell us about errors or share your suggestions for the game improvement. We’ll be grateful for your ideas and feedback!
