Small netcode updates for Tacticbombs
-General: An additional UI element has been added to display the player's current ping when experiencing a poor connection.
-Tacticbomb: Bombs now have the ability to destroy each other upon collision. -Tacticbomb: Bombs will now appear even when playing with high latency on clients. However, one caveat is that in situations of excessively high latency, it may give the appearance of the bomb resetting itself. -Helicopter: The behavior of rockets has been fine-tuned for improved gameplay.
