Gigantic: Corruption Update - Now Live!

We are thrilled to announce the August build and introduce Gigantic’s newest mischief-maker, ORU! This new mid-range caster brings an entirely new set of tools to the battlefield, and we’re excited for him to join the rest of the Gigantic cast!

In addition to Oru, the August build introduces a ton of new features, improvements, and fixes based on the feedback you provided on the last two builds from June and July. For this update, the biggest changes to the game rules impact creatures, the NPC allies you summon on points around each map. Back in the June update, we made an adjustment to the summoning rules: we changed them from a delayed summon to an instant summon. While this was incredibly helpful for new players who wander away from their defenseless creatures, it also removed much of the high-level strategy and counter-play inherent to the summoning system. With today’s build, we’ve tried to strike a middle ground between the two approaches by creating a system that offers strategic choices for mid-to-high level players without being too complicated for new players.
We're also introducing two other major features that should be welcome additions based on your feedback: the much-desired push-to-talk setting for our integrated voice chat, and custom lobbies. We hope they’ll help you interact with your team and play on your terms, and we look forward to hearing what you think about them!

Community Event # 1 - Guardian Damage
Make sure you sign into Gigantic and participate in our first community challenge event! Together, you must do 2.1 billion damage to the guardians in order to unlock the exclusive 'Solar Flair' Mozu skin that is shown above, for the entire community.

Most of you have been playing Gigantic throughout the beta phases, but have your friends? Joining a match as a full crew is much more fun, so we’re giving you the opportunity to earn rewards simply through battling with your pals.
Introducing our Refer-A-Friend Program!
Getting involved is pretty straightforward and the rewards are priceless. Follow these simple steps to get started and to recruit your friends into becoming your new airship cadets.
Head over to our refer-a-friend program via this link and click the ‘Invite Friends’ icon.
Send your unique recruitment URL to your friends and family.
Start a crew together and play at least 3 games.
Finish the 3 Gigantic matches together and each of you earns rewards for sweet loot. You can only receive rewards 10 times.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Any new recruit can only be registered to one veteran
Recruits must be level 5 or lower in Gigantic
Veterans will receive an email when Recruit signs up.
3 matches must be finished together, on the same team, in order to obtain rewards.
Veteran Rewards - 5 Fortune Card Draws and 3 Crown Boosts
Veterans will only receive the reward 10 times.
Recruit Rewards - 3 Fortune Card Draws and 2 win XP Boosts
Users will be notified of rewards they receive via email, but the rewards will be applied directly to their account.

Gigantic has officially launched and it's on Steam! This means that Gigantic fans can now play the official launch build on Xbox One, Windows 10, and Windows 7 & 8 on either the Arc platform or on Steam.

Today’s launch has released quite a few new and desirable features to the game. The first of these is a brand new hero: Ramsay! He’s the first hero to arrive since the Eternal goddess, Zandora – and he is quite the opposite of her. A cunning melee fighter who knows every dirty trick in the book. He packs an arsenal of evasive moves, poison, and a deadly whipblade. Folks with the Founder’s or Ultimate Pack can download him now, for free.
Along with Ramsay, we have worked on more balance changes for our heroes, developed different tiers of hero packs to meet your Gigantic play styles, introduced text chat, and so much more! Be sure to check out all of the changes in our most recent update notes.
Finally, we’re looking forward to continuing to support Gigantic – our goal is to introduce a new Hero or new map to the lineup in each major release. Accompanying these additions, you’ll see new gameplay changes, improvements, and additional features to continue to improve your Gigantic gameplay experience.
