Minor bug fix regarding vibration on the controllers.
Updated detection of vibration capability of the controllers. Using simultaneously the old and the new Unity input system might cause vibration option not detected correctly every time. Remote players vibration will not work.

Added support for controllers, and remote play together - Windows only! User running the game can still accept connections of cellphones and controllers. Remote players can join using controllers only! On remote controllers vibration will not work - only for local players.
