Global fixes and optimizations:

Snow cannot be seen through car windows.

Checking how the game works for people with limited hardware configurations. Double-check on game textures (quality and possible rendering artifacts).

Season 29 Patch
Core features:
[added] The gold distribution is now randomized on every claim (the overview below is just an example; you might have a different distribution in your game).
[added] Additionally, each claim features a unique distribution with its own pros and cons (e.g., Old Arnold's has an even distribution while having less overall gold than Nighthawk, but Nighthawk requires lots of drilling to find rich deposits).
[balanced]Increased drilling range for manual drilling (mostly likely you'll make 9 holes, sometimes 6, and rarely 4 - instead of the usual 1 to 4 per use).
Gold distribution per claim:
[Old Arnold's] - even distribution, low density.
[River Town] - very big clumps of moderate density.
[Pine Valley] - a lot of small clumps of high density.
[Nighthawk] - a few very small clumps of very high density.
Seasonal features:
[adjusted chest locations]Quest for chests: Grab up to 22 chests placed randomly around Heines, Alaska. As a reward, you will receive a buff per chest that applies in the current season.
[balanced] The value of extra gold nuggets from drilling has been slightly increased after the previous reduction.
[added] The Pine Valley parcel rent price was set to $0.
[removed] The Nighthawk parcel rent price has returned to its default value.
[added] Fade into the night with the new Season #29anthracite excavator skin (winners only!).

Season 28 Patch
Season 28 features:
[vanilla mode] We continue experimenting with a vanilla experience, so the current season will be even more challenging! On the upside, we have restored our chest buffs ;-)
[adjusted chest locations]Quest for chests: Find up to 22 chests placed around Heines, Alaska. By doing so, you will be granted a buff per chest for your seasonal journey.
[balanced] The amount and value of extra gold nuggets from drilling or digging have been reduced(you'll get the same amount of gold and magnetite from other activities).
[added]Nighthawk parcel rent price is set to $0.
[removed]Old Arnoldโs parcel rent price has returned to its default value.
[added]Thunder strikes twice with the new Season #28excavator skin (go for it!).
Additional changes and updates:
[fixed] Your character won't be stuck or leave the playable area when exiting vehicles (hopefully!).
[fixed] No more flying through a gas station's roof due to improved collision handling.
[fixed] Money is no longer needed to claim a special Halloween skin (only when the event is active, obviously!).
[fixed] Notifications will display properly when re-enabling the GUI.
[adjusted] Stopped you from running through the Bulldozer or Frankenstein thanks to our chunky colliders.
[adjusted] Some machines received missing sound effects.
[adjusted] Ended Nighthawk's space program by smoothing out collision data (boo-hoo!).
[fixed] No more sliding UI buttons (on the in-game tablet).
[balance] Removed various in-game discount-related exploits.
[fixed] Skipping a day's summary should work properly while playing on the gamepad.
[fixed] Fill-level indicators in duplex jig should fill as intended.
[fixed] Corrected minor translation and formatting issues.
[fixed] We've also sent our brave construction workers to fix garage gates, potholes, and other minor visual glitches.
