  • Added high quality localization in italian language. The translation was done by Michela Moroni, thank her very much!
  • Localization for Portuguese (Brazilian) was updated.
  • Many small bugs have been fixed.

Changed the balance:

  • Weakened the specializations "Factory Worker" and "The Clofelinist".
  • Strengthened the perk "Adrenaline rush".
  • Slightly reduced radius of the noise of drills.

  • Added high quality localization in Portuguese (Brazilian) language. Magnusnoos worked on the translation, thank him very much.
  • Noise radius (when choosing a break-in tool) is now displayed taking into account Jack's skills and Lard.
  • Robberies on high difficulty have become a bit more difficult (for robberies after chapter 2).
  • Experience for missions has also been corrected.
  • New decorations and textures have been added to many locations.
  • Many small bugs have been fixed.

This update contains only bug fixes and some localization fixes.

Over the past week, we have mainly been fixing various bugs and improving the interface of the game. But there are a few big changes that you will be interested to know about:

  • When a tool is selected, the noise radius is displayed in advance.
  • Franco can now restore the durability of computer hacking tools. Rudolph can restore the durability of acid.
  • Motion Blur can now be disabled in the settings, if desired.
  • The Pause, Accelerate, and Auto-Pause buttons are now colored red for better visibility.
  • A few minor changes on some missions.

The day we've been waiting for has arrived. We hope you enjoy the game!
But our team is in no hurry to celebrate - we're ready to continue working on improving the quality of the game and the next updates. So don't forget to report any bugs we've found on Steam, or in the Disctord group (it's very important for us!).
And now a little bit about future plans. In the next major update will be added "Challenges" mode: it's a set of different missions, putting the player in unusual, difficult and strange situations. There you'll definitely have to use all your tactical abilities to help Jack get out of these messes.

Summary of the year

Happy New Year, friends!
We have already written about our future plans, now it's time to sum up the results of the past year. Well, a lot of work has been done:

  • The storyline and all planned secondary quests are completely finished. In total, the game will be more than 30 quests.
  • Most of the game's locations were created this year.
  • Improved meta-progression: developing skills, gaining specializations, new tools and used items.
  • Added or improved a lot of game mechanics: the system of hiding, new ways to distract NPC, crafting items, lighting control (including NPC have learned to use lanterns) and much more.
  • If we talk about the changes that have occurred recently:


  • German localization has been added (mostly using machine translation, but with the most important parts proofread and edited). Soon the game will be translated into French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. If you want Gone Rogue to have a high-quality localization in your native language, we invite you to take part in the proofreading and editing of the translation.
  • Added English voice-over for the opening cutscenes (thanks to talented voice actor Chad Johnson).
  • Based on the results of the closed testing we are preparing a lot of improvements to the interface and gameplay.
