Breaking news! Global Update!
Good day!
We are glad to present you one of the first global updates of the game. Technical work is still ongoing, we improve the productivity and reduce downloading time of level. At the moment, we fixed the main critical bugs, improved graphics, added characters and slightly reduced the loading speed of levels. There is a lot of work to be done, but we are on the right track! Soon there will be new levels and riddles! About all technical problems - let us know! If there are problems with the startup, use the "delete savings"

Hello! Good news! The development of the project continues! The game was transferred to a new publisher and developer. All found bugs will be fixed, optimization will be improved, new levels and several endings will be added. The work started quite recently, but there is already some progress. We greatly improved the graphics and eased the load on the video card! Follow the news!

The development is suspended indefinitely
Despite hundreds of hours spent on desperate attempts to improve the situation, today we are forced to announce that the development of Goodbye My King is suspended indefinitely.
From the very first day after the appearance of the game in the Steam catalog, the team fall into long streak of bad luck, and the project was at risk due to a number of problems, the key ones being:
- very weak sales (despite the many popular letsplays and a good reception by the players),
- one of the key team members moved to another team, and
- the threat of a DMCA violation litigation from a well-known indie publisher (the grounds for the accusations made by the publisher are weak, but we simply do not have the resources to participate in litigation).
We developed the game with a very modest budget, and the circumstances described above proved to be stronger than our modest opportunities. We will continue to look for a way out of the current situation and we sincerely thank all those who supported and continue to support us.
In January, the price of the game will be significantly reduced, so if you want to go through 6 available levels yourself or simply support us, we advise you to buy the game on sale or wait until January.
