Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks 1.0 Launches on Steam

We are excited to announce that our publisher Wired Productions and developer Caged Element have officially launched Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks on Steam today. Following an early access phase that saw over 250,000 players blast opponents, this high-octane combat racing game has had some tuning up and has sped into 1.0.

Last week, Wired Productions revealed they had taken over publishing rights – removing microtransactions entirely - and introducing fresh tracks, maps, game modes, and customization options. Assemble your crew of Grotz, Gitz, and Squigz – and battle in PVP and PVE lobbies!

The Debug Awards 2025 took place on Friday the 21st. Taking place at the Metronome in Nottingham, a whole cavalcade of indie goodness was brought together under one roof.

We are delighted to reveal that Angry Demon Studios and Wired Productions 'Gori: Cuddly Carnage.' won The Subscribers Choice Award. This was a fantastic award to win as it is voted by Indie Game fans and means so much to the teams!

New from Wired Productions - KARMA : The Dark World Launch Date Announcement

Our friends at Pollard Studio are fellow members of the Wired Publishing Family, and today they announced that their first game, KARMA: The Dark World will officially launch on March 27th 2025, exclusively on PlayStation 5 and PC.

They've celebrated this with an EPIC release date announcement trailer focusing on the stunning visuals, surreal environments and emotionally-charged story inspired by cinema’s finest auteurs with shocking twists at every turn, asking the question "When every shadow hides a secret, who can you trust?"

Karma: the Dark world is a first-person cinematic psychological horror title where players will be investigating the deepest secrets of their suspects’ minds.

Set in an alternate timeline where post-war Germany has fallen into a dystopian state, ruled over by the Leviathan Corporation using mass surveillance and mind bending technology - what starts out as another case for Roam Agent Daniel McGovern, sees him uncover a world of deceit and betrayal, where he begins to doubt everything he knows, including his own identity.

Inspired by the works of visionary creators such as David Lynch (Twin Peaks), Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid, Death Stranding), and Christopher Nolan (Inception, Interstellar), and developed in Unreal Engine 5, they'll have a demo coming out before launch that will let you try out your skills as a ROAM agent yourself - but for now, just like every wishlist and share of exciting news with friends helped us on our journey to defeat the adorable army together - spreading the word of an exciting new indie game with us is just another way to help indie developers share their works with the world!
