This is another small update focusing mainly on changes that will make demoing easier.
Why? Because Grav|Lab will be part of the official demo lineup of the PAX Aus 2016 VR Freeplay Area thanks to HTC :)!
- changed the button label fade out logic
- added Grav|Lab logo to 2d output (can be turned off)
- added option to force audio intro (good for demoing to new players)
- fixed fade out on reset (R on keyboard)
- fixed time bonus (not negative anymore)
Changelog for Update Early Access v4
Early Access 1.0.4 adds some minor changes and tweaks
- Fixed "Wasted Balls" Counter - only counts real balls in the final run
- Added Animations to Part Icons
- New Controller Labels
- Option to turn off Controller Labels
- Alternate Control Scheme (uses Touchpad to Teleport, Menu Button for Menu)
- Fixed Ingame Camera's Local Storage (screenshots are saved in the /Snapshots/ folder)
Workshop Support will come soon
Just a quick heads up:
Currently (October 21st), created levels are saved in text files. I am working on workshop support and it will be part of a content update post early access launch.
Grav|Lab nominated in the 2016 Proto Awards
The Grav|Lab Management would like to thank the 2016 Proto Awards for the nomination as "Best Educational Experience".
Even though we are not sending people into space, we still believe in the educational value of crazy physics and circuitry. Congrats to all the winners!
