Grayscale Memories is now supported game controller (Xbox 360) / Gamepad.
If there are any bugs please let me know, thanks.

Oct. 9 Updated the Puzzle Motion and Added a Function to Skip the Puzzle

It's been a long time since the last update because I'm busy with our next game.
Now the most complained puzzle can be skipped, if the player played more than 100 steps and can't solve it.
Also added the motion for the puzzle piece.

Should I reduce the difficulty of the puzzle?

It seems many people got stuck at the puzzle of level 8.
Do you think I should reduce the difficulty or not? Such as adjusting it to 3*3 or 2*2 etc.
Tell me what you think.

ːsteamthumbsupː - Keep the current puzzle
ːsteamthumbsdownː - Lower the difficulty of the puzzle

Dec.5 Update

Updates:
- Added an in-game menu of the achievement list
- Fixed the bug in level 4, the player now can reach the white ending more easily, and somebody shouldn't running at the same position
- fixed the bug of some menu won't fade out totally
- Rewrote the overall menu system...(Hope it wouldn't cause any more new bugs)

Talk:
Sorry for being late with the new update... I've been busy with many things.
I'm not very familiar with programming, so I have to look up many things and take lots of time to do a new function or revise an old one.
Hope the next time I can put some new story level(s) here...! (But I'm not sure when will it be available)

Known Bugs / Issues / Questions (Update: Oct. 4)

Hi All,

Thanks for playing Grayscale Memories!
I've collected some bugs/issues/questions from players and here's the list, if you found any other, please let me know.

- How to reach the white ending achievement?
It seems some bugs caused the player can't reach the white ending now...
*Some player has got this achievement! but it needs patience...
I may need some time to fix this, please wait for the next update.

- Can't switch language
For some technical issues, the player can only switch the language in the main title screen.
If you want to change the language during playing, please press ESC back to the title screen, change the language, and enter the level through the Select Level menu again.
If you see the logo disappears during language changing, please try to change the language again and change it back, the logo should appear.
It seems like a bug in the Unity localization plug-in I used, so I still don't know how to fix this.
sorry for the inconvenience.

- The game crashed and can't be run
Please try to:
1) Keep the game in the Steam default directory and do not move the files to another place after installation
2) Keep Steam client opened while running the game, and keep network connection if possible

It's because I found some cracked/pirated version of my game on the internet, so I put something for anti-piracy, the game will detect if the Steam client is running properly.
I'm sorry if there is any inconvenience.

- The game is too short and want to know more stories
Yeah, since I'm solo-developing now, I still have to take my time to many freelance jobs to live.
If enough people are buying the game and let me have more income from making games, I can concentrate on game development more, and I can do some updates with new side stories, players who have bought the game will get the update for free.
So if you like it, don't hesitate to leave a positive comment to help me reach more audiences.

Thank you very much!
