Hello Adventurers!
We would like to first and foremost thank all the players for downloading and playing Green Hell VR Demo!
Our team is humbled by the reception of the demo. Thanks for all the feedback and reviews - Our Dev Team has prepared some pointers to increase your comfort playing the demo!
- Draw distance and Shadow distance have the most impact on performance. Set it to lower values but probably avoid setting it all the way down (especially draw distance)
- Quality can be set to low, it has lower visual impact than setting Texture Quality to Low but can increase performance
- Texture Quality - most of the time stay with High, better-set Quality to low than this - it has lowest impact on performance
- God rays to off, Ambient occlusion to Low
- In SteamVR Settings, General tab set Render Resolution to Custom and slider to 100%. To actually lower in game resolution use in game setting "Resolution"

How long can you survive in the Amazon rainforest?
Green Hell VR is the most complex and authentic survival gaming experience for VR. The game faithfully recreates the dangerous conditions of the Amazon jungle. Alone and stranded, you will never feel safe. To survive, you have to face your weaknesses. Maintaining hunger, thirst and fatigues is going to be an integral part of your journey. Wild animal attacks and tropical dangers could strike you down at any time and out of nowhere if you are not prepared. Since you won’t get any help from the outside world, you need to use your skills to craft your tools and weapons, learn how to build shelters, and heal nasty wounds.
