Builderkin have made some important improvements you should know about:
many frame rate related optimisations
increased stability due to memory usage reduction
resolved a number of subtle memory leaks
save file size optimisations, and speed increase of autosave.
Builderkin says this is very important for console players, but PC players will also gain a lot from this.
Builderkin also thought you should be aware that:
they have increased the spawn chance of mining nodes in caves
the Inn interior lighting has been updated
they've Reduced extreme darkness of Fungi biome colour palettes
platforming difficulties reduced, especially in Song Fragment Vaults 3 / 6 / 7
they have added the ability to remove customisation items from nature reserves
lost items are now a little easier to find

This is your opportunity to get featured in front of the Grow community! If you are exciting to learn more or you have a friend who would love this opportunity then read additional details below.
The Fabulous Grow Steam Stream Feature Event:
Submissions for this event will occur between February 2 and February 13 at 12PM PST. ✍️
Rules:
Record your Grow gameplay. Only the person who submits for the event can play/commentate the gameplay.
You can show your face and provide commentary, but both are optional. Commentary should focus on Grow, but feel free to introduce yourself and bring up relevant topics. All commentary must be in English. Above all, have fun with the experience.
Video must be at least 1080p quality or better and 15-30 minutes in length.
You can create a custom overlay for your stream with your cam and gameplay. However, you can also just show gameplay or your cam with gameplay.
In the overlay you are permitted to have one of your social media handles, but this is optional.
Please no cussing or inappropriate behavior during the stream.
Please no featuring other brands during the stream.
All participants must be at least 18 years old.
All submissions must be uploaded to YouTube.
To submit your video for this event share the link to your video in the multimedia channel in the official Grow: Song of the Evertree Discord Server and include the following comment with your entry: "Submission for the Fabulous Grow Steam Stream Feature Event"
All participants consent for their gameplay to be featured within the official Grow: Song of the Evertree social accounts and Steam page.
After the deadline we will review all of the submissions and pick our favorite submissions to be featured. We will then request the necessary video files to compile the selected participants into a collaboration Stream that can be featured on our official social channels and at the top of the Grow Steam page.

Builderkin have expanded the variety of caves you see on worlds
Traderkin has setup a new trade area. Where-ever shall you find it...?
Traderkin has expanded shop inventories
The Everkin have expanded the range of items they will trade Everkoin for.
World Seeds can now be released as soon as they are planted
Coppertop is now accepting a new range of tasty treats that can be used for Alchemy
Builderkin have upped the decoration placement cap per a town area (this will be a PC only update)
Builderkin should stop making some bad decisions about where they build town objects
Puzzlekin says the puzzles shouldn't be puzzling anyone anymore!

The Reportkin have been working to get Stats on worlds reporting correctly
Updates to Book lighting in various environments (was too dark/too bright in some areas)

Patchkin here, with another batch of fresh fixes!
Fixed up...
Flora and Aeric are now adhering to personal space rules.
The Builderkin have let me know that all known issues with Flora have now been resolved.
Sometimes getting some sleep made not just your eyes, but the game, close. Worry no more! Going to bed now provides only a good night’s sleep.
Book got a bit TOO excited in helping you out with Building town. You will now get currency when you start the tutorial and can afford the house of Kathleen's dreams
Some puzzles were rather.... puzzling to solve. This should now be fixed.
For those of you that were moving faster than Book in getting Kathleen assigned to a house - it's ok now. Book is moving at YOUR speed.
