Fixed a bug in option settings
Fixed a problem in which some option settings were not reflected only for simplified and traditional Chinese characters.

Added a setting to turn VSync on/off
Before launching the main game,
Launch Configuration Tool > Display Settings > Frame > VSync
uncheck this box to turn off vertical synchronization.
