GunBlocks has its own little release today as the prologue got its own Steam page! That means it will be permanently available to play, it has achievements and you can review it.
So it would be really nice to take a look and write down your thoughts in a review. Thanks!
The release for chapter 1 will be late spring or early summer hopefully.

After a lot of input from the community, here’s the next patch. Sorted out some heavy bugs and added a few particle animations.
Bug reporting You’re still very welcome to report all sorts of bugs and feedback. It turns out that the in-game report tool is really handy. But you’re also welcome on our Discord server

Hi there, My name is Steve and I’m the creator of GunBlocks. As I’m not alone, friends are helping me especially with music, sfx, dialogues, ideas, and testing.
GunBlocks has a long evolution as it’s an ambiguous mix of many mechanics inspired by games like Tetris, Worms, and many others. This makes creating intuitive controls challenging. To make the learning process fun, we added a lot of humor and integrated the tutorial right into the story.
In the Prologue/demo you are introduced to the main mechanics of the game. Position tetrominos strategically to overcome obstacles and navigate the terrain. Scavenge for new blocks and power-ups to help defeat enemies and uncover strange mysteries.
The prologue is also the start of the story which will be continued in chapter 1, available in spring 2021. Many more chapters will follow...
As the prologue is still in testing phase, we’re collecting feedback over the in-game report tool or on our Discord channel.
Any feedback is welcome, especially if the game mechanics are understandable and the story is fun. But of course we’re happy for every reported bug or game idea!
