Build 1.5.3 is a big overhaul to how towns are loaded and how deleting buildings work. This is a big change and big improvement to the changes I made in 1.5.
The previous system would sometimes get the NPCs and their job buildings messed up. Especially after deleting buildings. This new update improves the delete building code to avoid this and also includes code when loading a town to validate everything and automatically fix the town in case something did go wrong.
If you experienced any issues with a save not loading or a town full of NPCs not doing their jobs, this was due to the previous system.
I want to apologize for that as well. I didn't encounter these issues in my testing and want to thank those of you who sent me your saves so I could figure out what was going on.
I'm *much* happier with this new system. As before, you shouldn't notice anything different other than your townspeople all doing what they're supposed to do!
This build also fixes the trading system so it allows you to trade more than once per day if the stronghold has resources left over and a fix to the localization for the Shroomin' 3/3 quest.

Build 1.5.1 - Cooks Update
Today's build has an update to the cooks. Cooks will now produce more food each time per day that they cook. They still require the same amount of resources per meal, but then can use more and make more meals each time they cook now. This should help the situation where a town is stuck eating the raw food that the cooks would normally use.
This update also fixes a bug that caused the character to get stuck if you closed the NPC Dialog UI before opening the chest when they give you a reward. You can no longer close this UI while the chest is present and after opening and closing the UI, both the inventory and the NPC UI will close, allowing your character to move again.

Build 1.5 - Town Tracking Improvement
Build 1.5 is a big update to the way towns are tracked and loaded. When deleting structures or changing NPC jobs, the townspeople and associated buildings have to get updated as well. This change accounts for that better than the original system did and will avoid issues where a townsperson will go to a previous job building.
For the most part, you shouldn't notice anything different. This is more of a behind the scenes update to improve how your town is managed and make deleting buildings or swapping NPC jobs less error prone.

Build 1.4 - Warmth Update and Fixes
Today's build includes an update to the way House Warmth is tracked in the game and some bug fixes.
Updated the warmth system to better track a house's warmth. This should also fix an issue where houses would lose warmth even though you had coal. This is a new system so the first time you load a save with 1.4 all of your houses with have warmth to start. After that, the system will check for coal and update the houses accordingly.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused Farmers to forget which farm was theirs farm.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused roads to not draw properly when loading a save.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the grapes in the Wine quest to fail to spawn.
Edit: Just released build 1.4.1 which improves the "enable controller" toggle to ensure that controller inputs aren't read if the box is unchecked. Also reworked some of the skills, mostly to make them a bit more likely to occur.

Build 1.3 - Requests and Improvements
Today's build has a couple of requested feature and some other updates.
Added cardinal direction (N, E, S, W) letters to the compass.
Added a toggle for the weapon trail. I will add this to the settings UI as well and add it to the save settings file, but for now you can toggle it on and off using Left Shift + Left Control + Backspace. I also want to update the trail itself but need to get something I like better than the current one.
Updated the localization system to ensure it displays the correct text when entering different dungeons and caves.
Fixed a typo in the Earthquake quest.
Fixed a bug that caused some Achievements to fail to unlock.
The starting weak healing potions should now stack correctly with weak healing potions that you craft.

Build 1.2 - Quick Fixes
Tonight's build fixes the following issues:
When crafting potions, the Red Mushrooms in your town storage will now correctly be used if you don't have enough in your inventory.
Added some code to make sure Shaydee goes back to his shop after the Shaydee Problems quest.
Updated the code for the Axe Power Attack to account for a monster that recently died or went back to it's spawn point. When this happened and the attack tried to damage an invalid monster, your character could get stuck in the attack mode. This is super rare, but the update should prevent it from happening now.
Updated localized text for the description of the Painting Frame
Updated the localized text for the Rats in the Cellar quest.

Build 1.1 - Localization Fixes
Build 1.1 fixes a bug that caused some languages to read from the wrong localization sheet for the Prologue and other new quests.
Also in this build are some updates to the Lich battle, some minor edits to the Prologue Stronghold, and a fix for the text for the descriptions of the potions you get in the Stronghold.
I'm currently trying to track down a bug report that the Lich can't be killed in the battle. I've been unable to reproduce this so far. The changes I made might solve it, but since I can't reproduce it, I can't be sure.
If this happens to you, reloading your save does fix it. However, before you reload the save please send me the player log file. That will help me track this down faster.
Tonight's build is the 1.0 Release update - HammerHelm has officially launched!
In addition to everything in the preview builds, this update also includes localized text for the majority of localized languages (the Turkish update will be coming very soon!) and some audio adjustments to the Goblins based on feedback. The mood system has also been adjusted a bit to alleviate the pressure in the early game.

1.0 Preview Update (15.15) - Town Stuff
Today's build includes some improvements and fixes for some things in your town.
Updated the Metalworker Shop to display two lanterns hanging on wooden posts.
Fixed a bug that caused the Marble House grade to cost more than the UI was displaying.
Refactored the Trading system to close an exploit that allowed players to get free resources and fixed a bug related to the save system.
Updated the mini-mushroommen sounds to be a bit less piercing and a bit quieter.

1.0 Preview Update (15.14) - Adjustments and Fixes
As we get closer to full release I'm focusing on fixing some remaining bugs and tweaking a few things related to balance.
Added a couple of missing colliders to the walls in the Stronghold.
After speaking with the Orcs at the Beach and traveling to the Orc Island, the Orcs on the beach will be removed. Previously they would stay and if you spoke to them the game would freeze up. There's no reason to keep them there so the game now cleans them up. Assume they also traveled back to the island.
Fixed a bug that caused the close button in the imbue screen to fail to close the UI.
Adjusted the cost of Marble for upgrading a stone home to a marble home and fixed a bug that was causing it to use the wrong cost for black marble.
NPCs in the Stronghold now all display their names.
Breweries are now limited to four.
Fixed a bug that caused defeating the Ratmen in the Tavern Cellar to fail to update the quest to remove them in subsequent trips to the cellar.
Apiaries and the other new structures like the cherry blossom tree and rose trellis now correctly use their resources.

Edit: Just uploaded 15.14.1 to fix some display issues with the Trading UI and update the button to use the correct localization file.
Edit 2: Made another build, 15.14.2, to fix a display issue with localized text, a bug with localized text that caused the Trading Post to break the build UI, and adjusted the Dwarves to only drink beer once per day, rather than four times per day. If you've been having trouble keeping up with the Beer, this should fix that. I know, dangerous to tell Dwarves they can't drink as much as they want to, but they've got work to do! :)
