We really enjoyed our first week of Early Access! It has been a lot of fun connecting with new people and hearing feedback. Thanks again to everyone who has been playing Happy Grumps and hanging out with us online. It has been great!
We've got our first update live on Steam now:
- Fixed a bug that was causing some players to be stuck in the tutorial like some kind inescapable tutorial nightmare. HUGE thanks to @RamenAndVitamins for helping me find this bug!
- Fixed a bug that prevented Happy Ghosts from floating past other Grumps.
- Fixed music for the Trade Genie. If you haven't found the Trade Genie yet... well, they are connected to one of the secrets in the game.
- Added new SFX system to prevent certain sound effects from getting too LOUD.
- Updated gameplay UI to help players see which walls can be smashed on their turn.
- Updated wording in the placeholder "ending" cutscene. Thanks to @Zording for pointing this out!
