The beta phase is coming soon. Let me know what you think and what was missing from the game right now.
Which menu, interface or window needs a redesign?
What are the weaknesses and strength of the game in your opinion? I would do my best to improve everything.
Don't worry, the end of the early access phase does not mean that the updates will stop.
It simply means that the core gameplay is now fix. New functionalities and bugfix will continue to come.

Interface


Boot window : The little disk icons will now turn red when the computer is off


Language


All language is now directly included in the game!
All the translation mod is now useless for people with version 0.2.34 or superior


Engine


Big performance improvement, you should see a framerate increase of 20 to 50%.
Video player has been updated

Preview Map


The inventory limit of the second map has been increased to 40 (25 for 1st map).
That's means you can have 40 items in your inventory at level 0 without any skill points. ( up to 53 with skill at max )
The number of computer and case under the desk has been double compare to the first map (20 instead of 10).


Interface


The message and question window have been reworked.

Drivers detector will now display its results on screen of ingame computers

The explorer will now display the list of hard drives correctly even with more than 6 drives

Language


Language mods has been updated

Engine


Shadow drawing is now 50% faster!

New Map !


A new map will soon be ready for Hardware Engineers.
You can already test it by activating the new option when creating a new game.

This map is a lot bigger that the previous one.
12 desk workspaces instead of 8 to work on 12 computer in the same time.
20 storage for computers under the desk, twice as much as the other map.
11 showcases instead of 6.
And more place for customers!

NOTE: The new map is available as a preview, there is no way to move from one map to another yet.
If you decide to give it a try, let me know what you think about it, the impact on the gameplay, the possible improvements, or the difficulties encountered!

Engine


Due to lot of change in the 0.2.30, many engine feature has been tweaked and improved.

Engine


Previously Hardware Engineers used an OpenGL based engine made by myself, i finally finish to convert it to DirectX.
You will now have a more stable and powerful engine compatibilities has been improved a lot too.
Big change involve potential bugs. That's why this update will only be available on the devbranch for a few days.
I take that opportunity to make another big change: the update of Monogame to v3.7.1.189
A new game intro with a super cool logo for Green127Studio !


Music


All royalty free music has been replace by new fun soundtracks !

Interface


SuperHash will now alway show you the right balance.
The 3D models of the map has been improved for performance and aesthetic.

Mission


Customers will now be able to purchase more than one item at a time.
Items sold in boxes (Keyboards, Mouse, Ink cartridge, ect ...) will be particularly popular for them.


Interface


All mission related windows has been updated for the new features.
You can now edit the content of boxes directly in showcases
On top of that small interface adjustment has been made and new icons more relevant have been added


Content


Box of USB devices and blank Disk is now unlockable.
USB devices will now appear in cardboard box on showcases.
Small adjustment has been made in tutorial scenario 2 and 5, the boot window will now be locked when needed.

Like the last week's patch, a lot of new aesthetics feature has been added.
Graphics card screw and textures

Motherboard's ports and IO shield

Hard drive and SSD Fixation

On top of that, many 3D models has been slightly reworked to fix scale, position and slot's alignment.

Engine


Shaders will now act differently for opack and transparent objects.
That will improve the general rendering quality for mesh, grill and glass.
Several new adjustment has been made to the update process of outdated savegames.
