Hauma isn’t just about playing through an intriguing narrative, you will also need to solve puzzles and riddles while putting together a mindboard that allows Judith to make investigative deductions and also acts as an inventory containing all of Judith’s items and thoughts. Hauma is fully voice-acted with a story that will have players determined to find out the darkest secrets of the city’s underbelly.

Later this year, you will take the role of Judith, a former detective being roused out of retirement by the suspicious goings-on of society's upper class. While tracking down and interrogating the city’s cabal, explore real-world locations displayed in a distinctive, graphic-novel art style, discovering pieces of hidden history and using these clues to probe the mystery within. Collect items, solve puzzles, and overcome dialogue riddles as players make their own investigative deductions using the “mindboard”, a unique characteristic of the game that functions as an inventory containing items, thoughts, and other clues necessary to decipher the dark secret of the city’s underbelly.

Hey everyone, it has been some exciting days for us at Hauma. We've been to 3 countries in 2 weeks.
Our journey started in Utrecht in June for the Indigo Showcase and went on to Cologne to the Indie Game Fest where we won the award for the "Best Prototype 2022". After that we travelled to Salzburg to the Level Up gaming festival.

We had the chance to showcase our Visual Novel and watch interested gamers play our game. While doing so we have received some really nice and valuable feedback that will help us in the further development process. Players loved our artstyle and atmosphere combined with the voice acting and were hooked with the story.
It was also an honor to be featured on FM4 during the Level Up Salzburg FM4
We are currently working on chapter 2 and I would like to introduce you already to our Mindboard which you will be able to use in Hauma Chapter 1 to 4.
This is a never before tried inventory system which contains items and thoughts. All thoughts and items can be combined by dragging and dropping within the mindboard.

Firstly, we at Senam Games hope you are all safe, well, and keeping optimistic that we are one step closer to normality. We hope you all continue to take care of yourselves and each other during these trying times.
We finally got around to typing up our first Steam update and to get things started, I wanted to share an insight into the development process of our upcoming title, Hauma. This is our first working title as a studio and we have a brand new team that spans from Germany to England, so far it’s been a wild ride with exponential results. We are very happy with the progress we have made thus far.
Hauma Demo
How’s about we kick things off by announcing that we have been working hard on putting together a demo that will showcase Hauma’s mysterious narrative. We aim to immerse you in a tale of deception, conspiracy, and puzzling secrets to uncover drowned in historic environments. We have distributed our demo to select outlets that have shared their thoughts on what they have played and we’re thrilled to confirm that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
We have an internal roadmap on when we intend to make our demo available to our supportive community, we intend to share our plans on when you can get your hands on Hauma in the coming weeks.
Steam Game Festival
Another exciting announcement is that we can confirm we’ll be appearing at the Steam Game Festival this Summer. We are already putting plans together to bring you a Livestream that shall include a Q&A with the dev team, allowing you to dive deep into the lore, narrative, and historic relevance from the world of Hauma.
The June event will mark our first appearance as a studio and it shall also be a landmark for the development of the game, so we intend to make it special. Make sure you sign up for our newsletter where we shall be providing regular updates on our upcoming plans and appearances.
