v0.5 Update - New Game Modes, New Map, ...

Hello guys!

Yes, we all understood that we had released the game earlier than necessary (and the one who pressed the “start sales” button is already punished). We cannot return to the past. Therefore, we should only systematically and persistently improve the game.

The last few updates have significantly improved gameplay (see previous updates):
- realized some wishes of users on controls and gameplay
- fixed fifty bugs and several among them, affecting FPS subsidence in the game.

We really try to make the game better.

The current update brought the following changes to our game:


Added:

  • New game modes Bomb, TeamBattle
  • Added match mode selection (first select the mode, then the map)
  • New "Town" map
  • New “Tutorial” map

Improved:

  • Changed the Team Deathmatch game mode
  • Match duration in all multiplayer mode games - 5 minutes
  • Changed "Tutorial" location
  • Changed Tutorial mode (changed learning logic)
  • Changed the Shooting range mode, only one mode, but you can already shoot at targets and choose a weapon


Now for some of the changes in detail

New game modes (relevant for multiplayer), now there are 3 of them in total


TeamDeathmatch - Our most favorite game mode, quick play with respawns. Team play per team. Each team starts the game in their respawn points. After death, the player is reborn at the respawn point and continues to fight. The team that gets more frags in 5 minutes wins.



TeamBattle - a mode of play without rebirth after death. The game lasts until one of the teams wins 8 times.



Bomb - mode of the game with a bomb. To win, you need to destroy the enemy team or complete the task (the task of the terrorists is to detonate a bomb, special forces - to neutralize the bomb). The game continues 15 rounds: the team that wins the first 8 times wins

The shooting range has become more beautiful and comfortable.


You can use all these weapons in the game - you only need to set your character in the menu.

Roadmap



We understand that the development of the game should not be limited only to eliminating bugs, so we suggest seeing the roadmap of the next improvements and new features of our game.

  • Development of a new 3D menu (setting the parameters of the game, setting up a character, interactive height calibration)
  • Optimization of program code and game maps (improved FPS)
  • New types of weapons, different lethal power for weapons.
  • Visual improvements and features (traces on the walls and ground).
  • Sound enhancements (adding sounds of the world, musical accompaniment).
  • Improving the death camera (visibility of the bullet trajectory, the visibility of the enemy who killed the character)
  • Mini-map to indicate the location of the enemy.
  • Different shooting ranges will be added to enable shooting practice.
  • Start of gun-stock sales for HTC Vive and Oculus CV1 controllers.
  • A manual weapon reload will be added (as requested by many players).
  • Functionality of quick connection to the game without entering the “Multiplayer” menu.
  • Connecting Discord service for communication between players.
  • The social functionality: the search for friends, etc. will be added.
  • The leaderboard in shooting competitions and in different game modes will be added.
  • Destructible elements on the map will be added.

Our new small, but important update!

  • Improved connection stability, the game does not fall when a player leaves the game.
  • About 10 fixed minor bugs

Hello!
Today we published the next update! We continue to work on improving the game!

Attention to changes in control mode!



  • For the sprint, now you need to lower the weapon while moving.
  • To take a weapon with two hands you need to press the grip
  • Rotate 90 degrees by swipe

  • Improved work with the wirst band menu
  • Now grip is used to hold two-handed weapons
  • Changed the settings of the Shooting range. Removed unnecessary labels and settings. Added wirst band menu
  • Names of weapons changed to icons

- Removed the window for selecting the resolution of the game when the application starts
- Grenades now damage players
- Removed non-moved models remaining on the map
- Fixed reload triggers when running and climbing
- Now the server name corresponds to the user who created the game
- The game score is now always near the timer.
