After several months of hard work, I'm very proud to present to everyone: Heart Of Dixie: Game Of The Year Edition: Hyper Combo Edition!

This update doubles the size of Heart Of Dixie, adding an entirely new storyline complete with 3 new dates, wherein you play as a girl dating guys this time!

Come back to visit Wetumpka, and meet:
Narben the Crunkcore rapper emo possum!
Ashton, the totally-not-gay country boy deer!
and Johnny, the hardcore punk Guinea Pig!

You'll also get to meet some familiar faces if you look in the right places, with Beatrix, Elizabeth, and Sqeek all rejoining us for this story!

Ive also added many songs to the soundtrack as well, from a musician I discovered who was kind enough to let me use his tunes! Check out the title screen to see!

Hyper Combo Edition bumps up the games price by 1$ to compensate for the extra work and expense I had to use, but it is intended as a free update for anyone who already owns the game! If you purchase the game on Itch, you also get the version of Heart of Dixie without voice acting for free, included in the game download!

Heart of Dixie expansion playtest open now!
Currently working on a free expansion for Heart of Dixie, with the working title of Summer Belle. It will be a large expansion that doubles the size of the game with a completely different game mode, where you play as a girl and date 1 of 3 different guys!

The playtest version currently available will only feature Narben, the emo musician possum, but Im quite pleased with what is in it so far!

Heart of Dixie: Game Of The Year Edition
The voice acting update I mentioned awhile ago is finally live, been a lot of work but both Beatrix and Elizabeth have full voice acting from a wonderful amateur voiceactress I hired.

Demo released, voice acting announcement!
Hey guys, its been a year since I released Heart of Dixie on Steam, and it was suggested to me to make a demo, so people can try before they buy. This demo is the same as the full game, but you can only progress so far before you have to buy the full game. Your save file can be transferred, of course!

Im also releasing this to coincide with my announcement that I'm going to be adding voice acting to the game in the coming future! Working with a voice actress as I type this.

The voice acting update will be entirely free, as its something i wanted to do originally but didnt have the means to do it.

Wetumpka destroyed by tornado, discount
Many of you may or may not have heard about the tornado that hit Wetumpka yesterday, it destroyed many locations that appear in my game, so I thought it would be nice to discount the game for the next week (1/21-1/28), so you all can see my lovely town before it had been destroyed.

Noteworthy locations that got damaged were the bridge, all of downtown, and Elizabeth's church is completely gone now.

Update a go-go!
First time ever updating a game on Steam, whoo boy they make it difficult.

Things fixed: made it more obvious that the opening puzzle is in fact a puzzle, and not the game being broken.

Fixed a wall in the mansion letting you walk right through it!
