Maybe you noticed, maybe you didn't. We want to announce our first incremental update to Heavy Impact! You might have noticed some of these changes a week or so ago in a critical update which included part of this patch. Here are the full notes.
In our first update, which will be released just after full testing rounds are completed, we have added a whole new room. When the game starts, you will now find yourself in the Early Access room, where we will display the new and upcoming content. This provides a visual preview into content coming up in the next releases.
We have also added the first stage of our damage indicator. You will now notice a visual effect when hit.
We have also added many improvements to our code and staged code for future features.
We have also optimized several aspects of the game relating to rendering.
Our next update will include many more changes, and get us closer to a much more robust experience and move us another step closer to our vision for Heavy Impact.
Thank you for participating in our Early Access! We appreciate you being a critical part of our project as we move forward and keep that feedback coming :)
