The Heir Obscure Closed Beta Is Now Live! + New Name!
I'm excited to announce that the Heir Obscure Closed Beta is finally live. I want to invite anybody who takes interest in Heir Obscure over these next few days to join the closed beta so that we can make this game the best that it can possibly be. I know there are a lot of issues still present in the game, and I would really love to hear community suggestions, so that this little game can be something you all have a positive impact on!
IN OTHER NEWS Heir Obscure has a slightly different new name! You may have noticed already, but the game is now called Heir Obscure: A Hunt in the Dark. I think this will help potential new players better understand that the game is a horror game, that you will be hunted, and that darkness plays a part in the game. In this case, you have a better chance of staying unseen while hiding in the shadows.
I would say the most important part of Heir Obscure is the story, especially the story that you aren't told directly - there are a lot of notes and secrets hidden throughout the map, some of these secrets will give you alternate cutscenes and ultimately might reveal a secret ending.

The Heir Obscure Demo is Ready!
After getting lots of feedback from beta demo playtesters, I'm really excited to finally get the demo out for Heir Obscure. I hope you all enjoy! Can't wait to hear your feedback! I will of course continue to implement any changes or fixes that need implementation, but for now, this is a huge milestone on the way to release!
