With the latest patch, the revised research menu and new research options were introduced. You no longer have to click through the marketplace to get to the research assignments. The new basic research offers the possibility to improve modules or station parts.
The next major change will affect the search for minable objects.
We are working on a new station part that will allow you to scan the space around the station for these objects. This scanner will be able to operate with two processes: searching for objects and examining objects to determine their nature.
Once the scanner has found an object, it can be marked for mining as usual. The scanner has a limited range, which can be extended by building several scanners.
In addition, we are revising the tutorial. It will be divided into several missions and offers a first small insight into the backstory of H6. This will be the kickoff for the planned campaign.
Oh, and one more thing: We renamed this news to “dev blog”. Sometimes, there just isn't enough to report in a week. But don't worry, you will still get regular updates.
Stay tuned!

In the last two weeks, we have had to devote ourselves to heat calculation again due to some errors.
But we also have a new feature for you. All modules that can research have been given a new function. And that is automatic research. If this function is activated, the corresponding modules will immediately start accepted research tasks. And when the task is finished and there is no further task, the process that the module was doing before is continued. This eliminates a lot of clicking.
Next, we want to give research its own menu. This will eliminate the detour via the marketplace.
See you next time.

This week we have continued to work on the resource overviews and it is now displayed at which point how much is flowing through the station. Now you can also see how loaded a connection is.
Since it gets warmer the closer a station is to the sun, the Pioneer gets two resp. three heat radiators instead of solar panels when you start your station on Venus or Mercury.
Furthermore, we have edited the research tasks a little. They now take longer, but you get a reward for each completed production cycle in addition to the completion reward. This should help to avoid having to constantly search for and complete research tasks.
In the near future, we want to devote more time to research in the game and revise the menu navigation.
