Update v1.21

December 9, 2018

1.lock frame rate at 144, bigger value may cause cpu overheat

2.fix a bug cause player can't reach max speed when frame rate was too low.

3.display soul number in left down corner

4.add "Screen Space Ambient Occlusion" ssao effect, and performance drop is very low(at least in my computer)

[EXPIRED]How to show achievements when "Steam is learning about this game"

I learned this from some game community, and tested myself, it works, you can check my profile, it now has Hell Shooter achievements showcase.

So this is how i do it:

First, you need login steam on browser(i'm using Chrome), and go to achievements showcase selection, but DO NOT select any games, just right click on , and click "Inspect Element".

Next, click the triangle before ,and right click on the second element, which is your first game, and click "Edit attribute":

Now change the number to "723350", and press enter to save it.

This is Hell Shooter's appid, you can replace it with any appid you want to show achievements.

Now go to your achievements selection, and select your first game, it will show Hell Shooter's achievements.

And you need do this every slot.

Major Update v1.20

0.Remake hole map into a much bigger and better looking version.

1.Skeletons now have footsteps and spawn sound fx.

2.Some minor changes to the player controller script, gives a more natural & smooth control. for example, player now almost immediately stopped after grounded, and also need a acceleration to reach max speed.

3.change fov to 90.

4.delete "speed x1.5" random drop

Major Update 1.1

0.Add a random drop system.
1.Add some skeleton monster skin, different skin with different speed.
2.Rewrite skeleton generate logic, game are more easy to play with now.
3.Game map are much brighter now.
4.Skeleton death sound effect, a wind sound add to the church too.
5.New menu background music.
6.Add shotgun mode to the main weapon,tap fire1 to shoot.

2.Add a hint to loading screen

Improvement:
1.Achievement now only need 130 souls to unlock all(original is 260)
2.Smaller muzzle flash
3.Better bullet impact particle
4.Auto submit score when player die
5.Auto match language with steam setting

Fix:
1.Remove slope from church, some players use this to cheat
