As the main community team is leaving for GamesCom 2015 tomorrow. We will be unable to respond to questions as fast as we normally do, we will try and respond within reasonable time however no promises.

Win Vista/ Win 7 compatibility & PhysX Update is out.
The game should work on Windows Vista and Windows 7 PCs, an issue with the missing PhysX legacy driver has been fixed.
