Dear Heroes,
We are receiving large amount of tickets regarding Racism and sexist insults, harassment issue.
We have decided to strictly manage the hero community by increase in punishment of players when they uses sexist insults and racism insults.
Which means that if players harass players with Sexual remarks, racism, harassing behavior including comments that are sexual, racist, religious or related to gender or creed. In addition, national defamation, slander, or criticizing opponent player is absolutely not allowed.
We will strictly and personally ban players without mercy.
In order for us to investigate the situation, players will need to provide me necessary information and evidence.
Netgame highly suggest for players to ignore the conflict but
1. Do not send us just 1 screenshot. 2. We will need FULL conversation with many screenshots 3. IF we believe that the harassment was too overboard, we will punish players by banning their account.

How to obtain Holy Egg?
Players could obtain the ingredients by catching monsters with your character. (±15 level monsters for Non-Divine / ±30 level monsters for Divine & Darkness)
When you use Aid System, check the box [Event Item] to obtain the Holy Egg.
With the Holy Egg, players could exchange with valuable items by NPC Giant Chicken.
