Players with the above bug display effect need to be deleted manually:
All .ini files under \Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\HiddenDream\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor in the C drive or delete the folder directly and restart the game can fix this problem.

Since this display bug only appears in a small number of players, players who do not have display problems don‘t need to perform the above operations. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to players who have shown bugs. Please give us more time, and we will continue to work hard to optimize and improve the game "Hidden Dream".

The art students continued to optimise the tedious lighting, effects and materials, the planning students adapted the music and sound effects line by line, and the programming students improved the operation of each scene and fixed the bugs little by little. The new content is not much, but it is very complicated and complicated, so I would like to thank them for their hard work in the face of the tight schedule. So, when I was supervised by the players' QQ group today, I could answer with rare confidence: "I do my best!". .

At this stage, the task facing the studio is starting to move from the surface to the point, and the daily discussions are becoming more and more detailed, with more time being spent on the finer details and polishing parts that were easily overlooked in the past. This is, of course, a time-consuming and labour-intensive task that we all have to work on together, so that even in the face of the summer discount season, we have no distractions (or time, to be precise).

2. Is the music ready yet?
We've had a breakthrough with the music we've been waiting for, and we finally have something that's basically in place. The music is far more complex than we thought it would be, and the overall music will be based on the completed game levels, as well as the fit of the individual chapters and the integrity of the chapters, so there is not a lot of time left for the music guy, but we are happy to give him a hard time, as much as the players are happy to push us.

This has been the standard phrase we used to use when facing players' soul-torture. The development cycle of "Hidden Dreams" is quite long, and it can be called a miracle that it has survived so far. The result is now a maverick greeting group. The good thing is that even though it is such an uninteresting group of players, many of the old players have stayed in the group for two or three years and have never left, so whenever we see them coming out to support the game again, we are actually happy and grateful. Game life: full of vitality

After the Dragon Boat Festival, game development has entered the final stage before launching, and the entire June will be pushed forward in a relatively tight development rhythm. We hope that "Tibetan Dream" can meet with friends during this summer vacation as scheduled, so the finishing work this month is particularly important.
The studio held a communication meeting before the festival to sort out the work schedule in June, and refined it to the weekly task arrangement. As a studio that has been lying flat for a long time, this can be regarded as a huge breakthrough. In the process of communication, I could vaguely feel that everyone's emotions were high. The efforts of the past few years are finally coming to fruition, and I can't help but look forward to it.
The most important point of the research and development work in June is to continue to optimize the overall performance of the game. Although there are still many difficulties, recently, with the cooperation of all students, the optimization problem can make a little progress or breakthrough every day. The established expectations are approaching step by step.
In addition to performance optimization, there are several things that need to be dealt with in the next month:
1. Optimization of typography puzzles
The typography puzzle is set at the foot of Maiji Mountain in Chapter 2. It is a puzzle solution that has gone through many twists and turns. It was even abandoned by the team because it could not find a satisfactory form of expression in the design level for a long time. In the early demo, it was retained due to the positive feedback from players.


2. The Beautification, Decoration and Merging of Partial Buildings in Chapter 5
The map in Chapter 5 climbs up the snow-capped mountains. There are a large number of building communities along the way, and the individual buildings are also relatively large, so the corresponding art work is heavy and heavy, so we put some buildings with complicated level design in the later stage when it is relatively stable. Beautify and decorate.


This time, it is mainly for decoration of a movable building. The building is divided into three floors, and each floor is equipped with different organs. The above picture shows the conceptual design of the first floor. Some areas of this building will also be linked with the previous chapters, and there are various jumps specially designed for the disabled party to help you spend more daily time, which is really exciting!

3. Music and sound effects
Many comrades in the official QQ group think that the students in the production team are very Buddha, so I don't blame them. After all, they have not had contact with our music partners, otherwise they should think that we are still quite curvy.
Fortunately, the long-awaited and long-awaited production of music and sound effects is finally coming to an end. The problem that everyone has long complained that the soundtrack and sound effects are too simple is finally expected to be changed. There are music and sound effects friends. The reason why the time cycle will be changed Pulling so long is actually because they have extremely high professional requirements for soundtracks. We believe that the final effect is worth looking forward to.

4. Other
In addition to the above-mentioned content, there are many other arrangements waiting for us to complete, such as the behind-the-scenes production list and thank you list, the lighting adjustment of some scenes, the adaptation of the little fox standby action, the replacement of the model, etc. . Thinking of this, I can't help but feel like another day full of vitality!

In recent times, the studio has been very busy, and the development of the game has entered a white hot countdown phase, with a kind of fire in the rhythm. Half a month of liver-bursting to come up with a decent full version of the game before June, we have started the internal tests one after another in the past two days, and everyone has been doing a good job of carrying forward the good qualities of Soul Game players, with evil operations and restless map running, making "Hidden Dreams" turn from an adventure puzzle to a game where everyone comes looking for a fight.

The producer's mandate was for us to test the game until we puked, so some students even tested the levels repeatedly to the point of falling asleep, and it probably wouldn't be long before we were all able to do a blindfolded speedpass. One of the most dreaded phrases from the program students lately is "I've got a new problem here." It felt like he was on the verge of PTSD, but as a veteran psionicist, our programming students have always had excellent professional ethics when it comes to "suffering".

During the testing period, the programmer, planner and art students were all in the office to record all kinds of bugs, which made the studio very busy recently!
The completion of this version will mean that the main development of Hidden Dreams will be completed and players will have something to look forward to, so we won't have to think of any more reasons to dove.

With the help of our distribution partners, Hidden Dreams was lucky enough to be selected for the Indie-Craft 2022 event in Korea, and we will be bringing it to the BIG Festival in Brazil. From our previous participation in Steam's online exhibition Enter The Dragon, we were surprised to find that many foreign gamers also liked the theme and style of Hidden Dreams. We hope to have more exchanges with players from different regions before and after the game's launch, so that we can gain some new inspirations or experiences.
